تبیین الگوی مدیریت راهبردی در توسعه پایدار روستایی (مطالعه موردی: بخش مرکزی شهرستان سیریک)

حوزه‌های روستایی به عنوان قاعده نظام و فعالیت ملی نقش اساسی در توسعه ملی ایفا می‌کنند؛ زیرا توسعه پایدار سرزمین در گرو پایداری نظام روستایی به عنوان زیرنظام تشکیل‌دهنده نظام سرزمین است و پایداری فضاهای روستایی در ابعاد مختلف می‌تواند نقش موثری در توسعه منطقه‌ای و ملی داشته باشد و اگر در جریان پیشرفت و توسعه فضاهای روستایی وقفه‌ای ایجاد شود، آثار و پیامدهای آن نه تنها حوزه‌های روستایی؛ بلکه مناطق شهری و در نهایت، کلیات سرزمین را در بر خواهد گرفت. یکی از عوامل موثر در توسعه روستایی مدیریت و برنامه ریزی راهبردی می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش مدیریت راهبردی در توسعه پایدار روستایی (مطالعه موردی: بخش مرکزی شهرستان سیریک) انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش صاحبنظران و متخصصان بخش مرکزی شهرستان سیریک بودند که به شیوه هدفمند 60 نفر از آن‌ها انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم افزار spss و همچنین تحلیل swot استفاده شد. نتایج آزمون t نشان داد که مدیریت راهبردی نقش اساسی در توسعه پایدار روستایی دارد. همچنین معیارهای کالبدی، اجتماعی، زیست محیطی و اقتصادی نقش اساسی در توسعه پایدار روستایی در شهرستان سیریک دارد.

explaining the strategic management model in sustainable rural development (case study: central part of sirik county)

rural areas as a rule of national system and activity play a key role in national development; because the sustainable development of the land depends on the sustainability of the rural system as a constituent component of the land system and the sustainability of rural spaces in various dimensions can play an effective role in regional and national development. its effects and consequences are not only rural areas; rather, it will cover urban areas and, ultimately, the land as a whole.one of the effective factors in rural development is management and planning. the aim of this study was to investigate the role of strategic management in sustainable rural development (case study: central part of sirik city). the research method was applied in terms of purpose and descriptivesurvey method. the statistical population of the study was experts and specialists in the central part of the circus city, 60 of whom were purposefully selected.the research tool included a researchermade questionnaire. spss software as well as swot analysis were used to analyze the data. the results of ttest showed that strategic management has an essential role in sustainable rural development. also, physical, social, environmental and economic criteria play an essential role in sustainable rural development in sirik city.
