سنجش میزان رضایتمندی ساکنان مسکن مهر (مطالعه ی موردی: مسکن مهر شهر رشت)

مسکن مهر به عنوان یکی از بزرگ ترین پروژه های ملی در راستای فراهم کردن مسکن برای اقشار متوسط و ضعیف جامعه می باشد.از آنجایی که رضایتمندی سکونتی یکی از موضوعات مهم است؛ تجربیات و بررسی های متعدد اثبات کرده اند که بخش مهمی از رضایت زندگی را نیز شامل می شود؛ به همین جهت هدف این مقاله سنجش میزان رضایتمندی ساکنان مسکن مهر شهر رشت می باشد. از نظر زمانی این پژوهش در بهار سال 1394 انجام شده است.روش پژوهش توصیفی _ تحلیلی و ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات شامل مطالعات اسنادی و پیمایشی از طریق توزیع پرسشنامه در شاخص های کالبدی فضایی، عملکردی ساختاری، اجتماعی فرهنگی، اقتصادی و محیط مسکونی می باشد.جامعه آماری این پژوهش ساکنان مسکن مهر شهر رشت و حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول کوکران 381 نفر بوده است. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها نیز با استفاده از نرم افزارspss20 انجام شد.جهت تحلیل سوالات و بررسی فرضیات پژوهش که با استفاده از آزمون خی دو و آزمون t انجام شده است؛ مشاهده گردید که در بخش شاخص کالبدی فضایی، افراد نمونه نسبت به فضاها و بناها، دسترسی و راه، فضای عمومی و فضای سبز رضایت چندانی نداشتند. همچنین در بخش شاخص عملکردی ساختاری، ساکنان مسکن مهر از دسترسی های موجود در مسکن مهر رضایت ندارند. و بیش تر ساکنان مسکن مهر صرفا به دلایل مالی در آن ساکن شده اند. به طور کلی می توان بیان نمود که رضایت ساکنین مسکن مهر شهر رشت در مجموعه ی شاخص های مورد بررسی متوسط و ضعیف ارزیابی شده است.

Evaluation of satisfaction the Mehr Housing residents (case study: the Mehr Housing Rasht)

In this study, the goal is the satisfaction of the Mehr Housing residents of Rasht be considered to fulfill the wishes and needs of the residents of the the Mehr Housing to be identified. Method: The purpose of applied research and research methods, descriptiveanalytic approach of the survey research using questionnaires and interviews with people living in the the Mehr Housing project. The time this study was conducted in spring 1394. The population in this study, 18,000 the Mehr Housing complex residents of Rasht, which now number six thousand eight hundred families have been living in it. Using the formula to determine the sample, the sample size, 381 individuals were estimated.
