واکاوی میزان رضایت‌مندی ساکنان سکونتگاه‌های غیررسمی با استفاده از مدل‌کداس (نمونه‌موردی: شهر بندرامام‌خمینی)

تحقیق حاضر با هدف ارزیابی شاخص‌های اجتماعی، اقتصادی،کالبدی و زیستی با تاکید بر رضایت‌مندی ساکنان چهار سکونتگاه‌ها غیررسمی شهر بندر امام‌خمینی می‌باشد. روش پژوهش، از نظر هدف کاربردی و بر اساس شیوه گردآوری، پیمایشی است. داده‌های تحقیق بر اساس پرسشنامه گردآوری و برای ارزیابی پایایی ابزار پژوهش، از روش کرونباخ و در جهت تعیین روایی، از روایی صوری استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق چهار سکونتگاه غیر رسمی شهر بندر امام خمینی می‌باشد و تعداد نمونه از طریق روش کوکران بوده است، نتایج پژوهش بر اساس میانگین کل شاخص‌ها با استفاده از آزمون (ttest) انجام شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد: میزان رضایت‌مندی ساکنان در شاخص اقتصادی با 2.22 درصد و همچنین در متغیرهای درآمدهزینه، بهداشت محیط و امنیت با 2.02 و2.24 و 2.31 پایین‌ترین میزان در بین سایر شاخص‌ها و متغیرهای پژوهش را داشته است. همچنین نتایج حاصل از تکنیک کداس نشان می‌دهد: شهرک ولی عصر(گاما) با مقدارhi (مقدارنهایی تابع معیارگزینه ها) 0.162 رتبه اول و به ترتیب: شهرک صباغانکمپb  و تلمبه خانه شماره4 و جلف الملح با 0.056 و 0.063 و 0.154 در رتبه‌های دوم تا چهارم رضایت‌مندی قرار گرفته‌اند.

Analysis of the Level of Satisfaction Residents of Informal Settlements Using the Codas Model (Case study: City Of Port Imam Khomeini)

The aim of this study is to evaluate the social, economic, physical and biological indicators with emphasis on the satisfaction of the residents of the four informal settlements of Port Imam Khomeini. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and survey based on the collection method. The research data were collected based on a questionnaire and Cronbach’s method was used to evaluate the reliability of the research instrument and face validity was used to determine the validity. The statistical population of the study is four informal settlements in Port Imam Khomeini city and the number of samples was through Cochran’s method. The results of the research are based on the average of all indicators using “ Ttest “. The results show: the level of residents’ satisfaction in the economic index with 2.22 percent and also in the variables of incomecost, environmental health and security with 2.02, 2.24 and 2.31 the lowest rate among. Other indicators and Has research variables Also, the results of the coding technique show: town Vali e Asr (gamma) with Hi value (final values as a function of options) 0/162 first place and respectively: Sabaghan townCamp B and pump house No. 4 and Jolf alMolh with 0.056 and 0.063 and 0.154 are in the second to fourth ranks of satisfaction.
