مدیریت توسعه شهری‌ با رویکرد اقتصاد پایدار و مدلسازی lq (نمونه موردی بافت شهری دزفول)

توسعه پایدار با تاکید بر توسعه پایدار شهری طی دهه‌های اخیر به تدریج به پاردایم نوین و مسلطی در ادبیات نظری و علمی رایج درباب برنامه‌ریزی شهری تبدیل شده است. توسعه پایدار، توسعه‌ای است که بتواند نیازهای نسل حاضر را بدون تخریب و یا آسیب رساندن به تامین نیازها و خواسته‌های نسل‌های آینده تامین نماید. شهری دارای توسعه پایدار است که اقتصاد شهری پایدار، جامعه شهری پایدار و محیط زیست شهری پایدار را با حفظ اکوسیستم داشته باشد. که این شاخص‌ها از شرایط توسعه پایداراقتصادی است. ماهیت تحقیق حاضر توسعه‌ای – کاربردی و از نظر روش تحقیق (توصیفی – تحلیلی) است. داده‌های فعالیت‌های صنعتی، خدماتی، کشاورزی به صورت مقایسه‌ای درسال 1395 مورد تجزیه تحلیل قرار گرفته است. همچنین داده‌های بخش‌های اقتصادی به وسیله ضریب مکانی (lq) و نمایش نموداری با سه عنصر اقتصاد کشوری، اقتصاد شهر دزفول و مقایسه میان دو بافت شهر مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته است. با تحلیل و بررسی اقتصاد توسعه پایدار شهر دزفول از لحاظ ضریب مکانی که خود شامل اشتغال پایه و غیر پایه می‌باشد. به ارائه پیشنهاداتی برای بهبود یافتن نسبت و ضرایب اقتصادی ارائه گردیده است. که با افزایش این دو مولفه میزان اشتغال نیز افزایش می‌یابد که در انتها باعث داشتن اقتصادی پایدار می‌شود، و با سنجش اقتصاد شهر دزفول بر اساس معیار کشوری بهراه بافت قدیم و جدید دزفول به اشتغال غیرپایه می‌رسیم که این امر باعث از کارافتادگی اقتصاد شهر و در نهایت شهر را از توسعه پایدار دور می‌کند. که برای رفع این مشکل از دو سناریور الگوی مصرف و بهروری نیروی ثابت کار پیشنهاداتی ارائه می‌شود که به توسعه پایدار شهری کمک می‌کند.

Urban Expansion Management with a Stable Economy Approach and LQ Modeling (Case Study: The Urban Fabric of Dezful)

Stable expansion with emphasis on stable urban expansion in recent decades in the common theoretical and scientific literature on urban planning has imperceptible changed into a modern and predominant paradigm. Stable expansion is the expansion that can without any destruction or damage to providing the needs and wants of future generations, provide the needs of the present generation. A city has Stable expansion that has a stable urban economy, stable urban society and stable urban environment along with maintain the ecosystem, that these factors are the circumstances of a stable economic expansion. Developmentalapplied is the essence of the present study and also in terms of research method is expressiveratiocinative. Information of industrial, maintenance and agricultural actions have been analyzed in 1395 by comparison. Moreover, the information of economic areas through (LQ) spatial coefficient and representative graphical with three elements of state economy, economy of city of Dezful and comparison between two fabric of the city have been assessed. through analyzing the economics of stable expansion of Dezful in terms of spatial coefficient, which comprises essential and nonessential occupation, Recommendations have been provide to enhance the rates and coefficients of the city economic. Along with the increase of these two components, the measure of occupation will increase too, which leads to a stable economy finally, and we reach to nonessential occupation by deliberating the economy of city of Dezful according to state criteria along the old and modern fabric of Dezful which leads to failure the city economy and eventually, it takes the city away from stable expansion. To resolve this issue, two scenarios of consumption pattern and constant resources productivity are provided that help to stable urban expansion
