سنجش درجه توسعه یافتگی شهرستان‌های استان اردبیل با استفاده از روش موریس و تاکسونومی عددی

مطالعه در مورد علل و عوامل تاثیرگذار توزیع غیرمنطقی امکانات برای از بین بردن و یا حداقل کاهش نابرابری‎های ناحیه‌ای امری ضروری و بسیار مهم است. روش پژوهش توصیفی تحلیلی و بر پایه منابع کتابخانه‌ای پیمایشی و با رویکرد کاربردی است. پژوهش حاضر با 59 شاخص در 4بخش بهداشتی و درمانی، اقتصادی، زیربنایی، آموزشی و فرهنگی با استفاده از دو روش موریس و تاکسونومی عددی به درجه‌‍‌بندی توسعه یافتگی شهرستان‌های استان اردبیل پرداخته شده است. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که عدم تعادل و ناهمگنی در بین شهرستان‌های استان وجود دارد به‌طوری‌که همه‌ شهرستان‌ها در شاخص تلفیقی موریس در2 سطح نیمه برخوردار و محروم قرار گرفته‌اند و اردبیل رتبه اول را به خود اختصاص داده است و سرعین تنها شهرستان محروم استان بوده است در شاخص تلفیقی تاکسونومی نیز شهرستان‌ها در3سطح برخوردار، نیمه برخوردار و محروم قرار گرفته‌اند در این روش نیز اردبیل در بین شهرستان‌های برخوردار رتبه‌ی اول را کسب کرده است و نیر تنها شهرستان محروم استان بوده است. لذا این تفاوت نه تنها در بین شهرستان‌های استان زیاد است بلکه اختلاف قابل ملاحظه‌ای با دیگر مناطق کشور دارد که لزوم توجه جدی و برنامه‌ریزی‌های هدفمند و منطبق بر قابلیت‌های استان را درجهت توسعه متوازن و یکپارچه را می‌طلبد.
