شناسایی کارکرد بهینه شهری الشتر در راستای توسعه پایدار با تاکید بر ارتقاء شاخص‌های انسانی

دستیابی به توسعه پایدار شهری به منظور بهرهبرداری مناسب از منابع و ایجاد رابطه متعادل و متوازن میان انسان، اجتماع و طبیعت، هدف آرمانی برنامه‌ریزان و مدیران توسعه شهری می‌باشد. این پژوهش با هدف کارکرد بهینه شهری الشتر و توسعه پایدار با تاکید بر ارتقاء شاخص‌های انسانی است، این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش تحقیق توصیفیتحلیلی و مبتنی بر مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و بررسی‌های میدانی است. شاخص‌های منتخب در دو مرحله از طریق مطالعه سوابق( طرح‌های تحقیقاتی، آمارنامه‌ها، کتب) و بهره‌گیری از آراء خبرگان( بهره‌گیری از تکنیک دلفی و استخراج نظر نظریه‌پردازان دانشگاهی و مدیران سازمان‌های مرتبط) گردآوری شده است با استفاده از روش دلفی ادغام گردیدند. پس از استخراج شاخص‌ها با استفاده از دو مدل topsis و ahp fussy وزن‌بخشی و تجزیه و تحلیل شدند، در انتها به وسیله نرم افزار gis و استفاده از تحلیل semivariogram درون‌یابی گردیدند؛ نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد؛ که شهر الشتر با داشتن توانایی نسبی در زمینه کشاورزی در توسعه منطقه‌ای خود می‌تواند نقش موثری را ایفا نماید همچنین نتایج بخشی برای بررسی وضعیت مناطق شهری الشتر از نظر دسترسی به شاخص‌های توسعه پایدار نشان می‌دهدکه در بین گزینه‌های تحقیق ارزش وزنی شاخص‌های توسعه پایدار نشان می‌دهد: منطقه 3 با ارزش وزنی 0.627 بالاترین رتبه را دارد، بعد از آن به ترتیب مناطق 2، 4 و 1 به ترتیب با ارزش وزنی 0.602، 0.578 و 0.541 اولویت‌های بعدی را به خود اختصاص داده‌اند
