بررسی روند توسعه فیزیکی کلان شهر اهواز بر الگوی گسترش آن در افق 1400

شهرنشینی، رشد شهری و گسترش نامطلوب آن به عنوان پدیده‌ای جهانی، همۀ کشورهای دنیا را تحت تاثیر قرار داده است. این پژوهش از لحاظ ماهیت هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش‌شناسی توصیفی تحلیل می‌باشد. به به دنبال بررسی روند گسترش فیزیکی و الگوی گسترش شهر اهواز در افق 1400 است. برای دستیابی اهدف ابتدا روند گسترش فیزیکی در دوره 35 سال (1360 تا 1395) بررسی شد و سپس 14 شاخص برای بررسی گسترش بهینه توسعه شهر اهواز در افق 1400 استخراج شدند که با استفاده از منطق فازی (fuzzy) این شاخص ها استاندارد شدند و در ادامه برای مدل بهینه با استفاده از مدل تحلیل ترکیبی anpdematel سه سطح برای گسترش این شهر مشخص شده که در ترکیب با overlayfuzzy و gama 0.9 در محیط gis نقشه های خروجی نیز با استفاده از نرم افزار‌های envi و arcgis استخراج گشت. نتایج نشان داد در سطح مدل‌‌های پیش‌بینی کننده اراضی کشاورزی با وزن‌های 0.101 و 0.118 بیشترین اهمیت و مهم‌ترین عامل تغییر یافته در روند گسترش فیزیکی شهر اهوا بوده است. همچنین خروجی سطح‌بندی گسترش فیزیکی در افق 1400 مشخص شد

Investigation of the Physical Development Process of Ahwaz Metropolis and Its Pattern of Expansion in the Horizon 1400

Problem statement The rapid increase in urban dispersal has become a major concern in many countries. Because this rapid dispersion of harmful effects in the environment is worthless, so one of the most important issues facing urban development is its expansion. Aims Physical extension and inappropriate pattern of urban areas in the chain link with reciprocating interactions causes the natural lands of Ahwaz to be faced with a serious threat. In this regard, the present study seeks to investigate the physical development of the metropolitan city of Ahvaz during the period from 1360 to 1395, and then predict its extension in the 1400 horizons. Methodology The present research is applied in terms of the purpose of development and in terms of descriptiveanalytical methodology based on library studies and field studies. In order to analyze the data, the theoretical foundations and research literature, principles and criteria were first designed. Considering the different coefficient and the effect of each criteria and indicators in the expansion of the metropolitan area of Ahwaz, the ANPDEMATIL combination method was used for determining the weights. Then, the principles and criteria are considered to be extracted and identified, which were processed using satellite imagery over 5 years using the software (ENVI).
