Erratum: Association of cigarette smoking and metabolic syndrome in a Puerto Rican adult population (International Journal of Preventive Medicine,(2014) 5,(849-856))

The above-mentioned article published on page 849-56,vol. 5,2014 issue of international journal of preventive medicine[1] was retracted[2]. however,the reason for the retraction was not made clear in the previously published notice. the correct reason for retraction is as follows: the authors mistakenly submitted the article to another journal for consideration,and in order to avoid an instance of duplicate publication,the authors requested that this article be retracted. © 2015,isfahan university of medical sciences(iums). all rights reserved.
