رابطه بین سبک‌های عشق‌ورزی، سبک‌های شوخ‌طبعی و رضایت زناشویی

سبک‌های ارتباطی و عاطفی در کیفیت روابط زوجین نقش مهمی ایفا می‌کنند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی رابطه بین سبک‌های عشق‌ورزی و سبک‌های شوخ‌طبعی با رضایت زناشویی انجام شد. این پژوهش به روش کمی و از نوع همبستگی طراحی گردید. جامعه آماری شامل مردان و زنان متاهل استان چهارمحال و بختیاری بود که از میان آن‌ها 400 نفر از طریق روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسش‌نامه‌های استاندارد رضایت زناشویی انریچ اولسون (1998)، سبک‌های عشق‌ورزی هندریک (1986) و سبک‌های شوخ‌طبعی مارتین (2003) بود. نتایج آزمون t مستقل نشان داد که رضایت زناشویی در مردان به‌طور معناداری بیشتر از زنان است. طبق نتایج همبستگی پیرسون، سبک‌های عشق‌ورزی اروس، دوستانه، واقع‌گرایانه و فداکارانه در هر دو جنس با رضایت زناشویی رابطه مثبت و معناداری داشتند، در حالی که عشق بازیگرانه تنها در زنان معنادار بود. در بررسی سبک‌های شوخ‌طبعی، در مردان تنها شوخ‌طبعی خودافزایی با رضایت زناشویی ارتباط مثبت داشت، در حالی که در زنان، سبک‌های خودافزایی، پرخاشگرانه و خودکاهنده به‌طور معناداری با رضایت زناشویی ارتباط منفی داشتند. برای بررسی نقش و سهم متغیرهای پیش‌بین در تبیین واریانس رضایت زناشویی، از تحلیل رگرسیون به شیوه گام‌به‌گام استفاده شد. در این تحلیل، متغیرهای جنسیت، سبک‌های عشق‌ورزی و سبک‌های شوخ‌طبعی به‌عنوان متغیرهای پیش‌بین وارد معادله رگرسیون شدند. نتایج نشان داد که مدل رگرسیون در پنج گام قادر به پیش‌بینی رضایت زناشویی در نمونه پژوهش بود. در گام نهایی، متغیرهای اروس، سبک شوخ‌طبعی خودکاهنده، استورگ، پاراگما و مانیا سهم معناداری در پیش‌بینی رضایت زناشویی گروه نمونه داشتند. در نهایت، این مدل قادر به تبیین 49 درصد از واریانس رضایت زناشویی بود. این یافته‌ها پیچیدگی عوامل موثر بر رضایت زناشویی را نشان می‌دهند و بر اهمیت درک متغیرهای روان‌شناختی و رفتاری مختلف به‌منظور بهبود کیفیت زندگی زناشویی تاکید دارند.

the relationship between love styles, humor styles and marital satisfaction

communicational and emotional styles play a crucial role in the quality of marital relationships. the present study aimed to investigate the relationship between love styles and humor styles with marital satisfaction. this research employed a quantitative, correlational design. the statistical population included married men and women in chaharmahal and bakhtiari province, from which 400 individuals were selected using a convenience sampling method. the research instruments were the enrich marital satisfaction questionnaire (olson, 1998), the love styles questionnaire (hendrick, 1986), and the humor styles questionnaire (martin, 2003). results of the independent t-test revealed that men reported significantly higher marital satisfaction than women. pearson correlation analysis showed that eros, storge, pragma, and agape love styles were positively and significantly associated with marital satisfaction in both genders, while ludus love style showed a significant relationship only in women. regarding humor styles, only self-enhancing humor was positively associated with marital satisfaction in men. in contrast, in women, self-enhancing, aggressive, and self-defeating humor styles were negatively and significantly related to marital satisfaction. to explore the predictive role of the variables, a stepwise regression analysis was conducted. gender, love styles, and humor styles were entered as predictor variables. the final model, in five steps, significantly predicted marital satisfaction, with eros, self-defeating humor, storge, pragma, and mania contributing meaningfully to the prediction. altogether, the model accounted for 49% of the variance in marital satisfaction. these findings underscore the complexity of psychological and behavioral factors affecting marital satisfaction and highlight the importance of understanding such variables to enhance marital quality.
