چکیده
|
مهارتهای بینفردی بهعنوان یک چارچوب با اهمیت برای فهم و توسعه سلامت روانی و اجتماعی پیشنهاد میشود. بیماران مبتلا به افسردگی اختلال جدی در مهارتهای بینفردی دارند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش حس انسجام، سیستمهای مغزی رفتاری و سبکهای اسنادی در پیشبینی مهارتهای بینفردی افراد مبتلا به افسردگی اساسی انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر ازنظر ماهیت بنیادی و به لحاظ هدف توصیفی-همبستگی است. در این پژوهش 100 نفر از بیماران افسرده اساسی بستری در بیمارستان روانپزشکی رازی شهر تبریز با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. سپس، با استفاده از ابزارهای سنجش که شامل مقیاس افسردگی بک (bdi)، پرسشنامه مهارتهای بینفردی (isq)، حس انسجام (soc)، سیستمهای مغزی رفتاری (bbs) و پرسشنامه سبکهای اسنادی (asq) بودند، نقش حس انسجام، سیستمهای مغزی رفتاری و سبکهای اسنادی در پیشبینی مهارتهای بینفردی این بیماران بررسی شد. تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه، با استفاده از نرمافزار spss نسخه 23 انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که سبکهای اسنادی 13.8 درصد از واریانس مهارتهای بینفردی بیماران افسرده را تبیین میکنند. این یافتهها بیان میکنند که سبکهای اسنادی پیشبین کننده مهارتهای بینفردی بیماران افسرده هستند. با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش پیشنهاد میشود که متخصصان سبکهای اسنادی را در برنامه مراقبتی بیماران افسرده بگنجانند.

Abstract
|
