تاثیر آموزش فرزندپروری باکفایت طرحواره‌محور بر همدلی مادر و پذیرش والدینی در مادران دارای کودک با اختلال نقص توجه/بیش‌فعالی

فرزندپروری باکفایت، نوعی روش فرزندپروری مبتنی بر نظریه طرحواره‌درمانی است. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تاثیر آموزش فرزندپروری باکفایت طرحواره‌محور بر همدلی مادر و پذیرش والدینی در مادران دارای کودک با اختلال نقص توجه/بیش‌فعالی انجام گرفت. روش پژوهش آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل و پیگیری یک‌ماهه بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه مادران دارای کودک با اختلال نقص توجه/بیش‌فعالی بود که در بهار 1402 به مراکز مشاوره آموزش‌وپرورش و بهزیستی مراجعه می‌کردند. از میان آن‌ها، 30 مادر با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین شدند، به‌طوری‌که برای هر یک از گروه‌های پژوهش، 15 نفر در نظر گرفته شد. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه همدلی مادر دیویس (1983) و پرسشنامه پذیرش والدینی پورتر (1954) بود. گروه آزمایش در هشت جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای تحت آموزش برنامه فرزندپروری باکفایت قرار گرفت، اما گروه کنترل هیچ مداخله درمانی دریافت نکرد. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره در نرم‌افزار آماری spss26 استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که آموزش فرزندپروری باکفایت طرحواره‌محور بر همدلی مادر و پذیرش والدینی مادران دارای کودک با اختلال نقص توجه/بیش‌فعالی در مرحله پس‌آزمون اثربخشی معناداری داشته است و اثرات آموزش در مرحله پیگیری نیز باقی مانده است (0/001>p). در نهایت، نتایج نشان داد که به‌منظور افزایش همدلی مادر و پذیرش والدینی در مادران دارای کودک نقص توجه/بیش‌فعالی، می‌توان از آموزش فرزندپروری باکفایت طرحواره‌محور استفاده کرد.

the effect of schema-based good enough parenting training on mother's empathy and parental acceptance in mothers with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (adhd) children

good enough parenting is a type of parenting method based on schema therapy theory. this study was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of schema-based good enough parenting training on mother's empathy and parental acceptance in mothers with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (adhd) children. the research method was experimental with a pre-test-post-test design with a control group and a 1-month follow-up. in this study, the statistical population included all mothers with children with adhd who referred to education and welfare counseling centers in the spring of 2024. 30 mothers were selected by convenient sampling method, they were placed in two experimental and control groups randomly, 15 people were considered for each. the research tools were davis' mother's empathy (1983) and porter parental acceptance scale (1954). the experimental group was trained in the good enough parenting program during eight 90-minute sessions, but the patients in the control group did not receive any therapeutic intervention. multivariate analysis of covariance (mancova) using spss26 software was used to analyze the data. according to the results, there is a significant difference between the average scores of parental empathy and acceptance in the pre-test, post-test and follow-up stages. according to the findings of covariance analysis, schema-based good enough parenting education has had a significant effect on mother's empathy and parental acceptance of mothers with adhd children (p<0.001). finally, according to the results, it is possible to take advantage of schema-based good enough parenting education in order to increase mother's empathy and parental acceptance in mothers with adhd children
