چکیده
|
هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر تعیین تاثیر طول کلمه و نوع حروف چاپی کلمات بر حرکات چشم در حین خواندن متن فارسی آشنا در مقایسه با متن ناآشنا است. تعداد 29 نفر از دانشجویان دختر دانشکده علوم تربیتی و روانشناسی دانشگاه شهید بهشتی در این پژوهش شرکت کردند. محرک ها شامل چهار متن مختلف به صورت متن آشناشکل نوشتاری لوتوس، متن آشناشکل نوشتاری خودکار، متن ناآشنا شکل نوشتاری لوتوس و متن ناآشنا شکل نوشتاری خودکار بود. برای جمع آوری داده ها از دستگاه ردیاب چشم smired-120hz استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که طول کلمه و نوع متن بر حرکات چشم اثر معناداری را ایجاد می کند. نوع حروف چاپی کلمه بر حرکات چشم تفاوت معناداری را ایجاد نمی کند. تعامل متغیرهای طول کلمه و نوع حروف چاپی و نوع متن تفاوت معناداری را بر حرکات چشم ایجاد می کند. بر اساس یافته های پژوهش حاضر متغیرهای طول کلمه و نوع حروف چاپی و نوع متن بر حرکات چشم تاثیر دارد.

The Effect of Word Length and Font type on Eye Movement (Fixation, Saccade, Regression) During Reading Familiar and Unfamiliar Passages

Abstract
|
The main purpose of this study was to determine the effects of word length and font type of eye movement (fixation, saccade, regression) during reading Persian familiar and unfamiliar passages. 29 female students of Shahid Beheshti University Education Psychology Faculty participated in this study. Stimuli consisted of four different texts consisting of familiar textlotus font, familiarpen font, unfamiliar textlotus font and unfamiliarpen font. For data collection, the SMIRED120Hz eye tracking device was used. Results showed that word length had a significant effect on eye movement (fixation, saccade) and also passage type (familiar and unfamiliar passages) had significant effects on eye movement (fixation, saccade, regression). Font type had no significant effect on eye movement (fixation, saccade, regression). But passages type had a significant effect on eye movement (fixation, saccade, regression), and interaction between word length variable and font type variable, and passages type had significant effects on eye movement. As a result, word length and font type, and passage type had an impact on eye movement.
