بررسی اثرات عینی و ذهنی الحاق روستا به شهر (مطالعه موردی: روستاهای پیرامون شهر نورآباد، استان لرستان)

رشد شتابان جمعیت شهری ایران در چند دهه اخیر، سبب گسترش فیزیکی شهرها و الحاق و ادغام بسیاری از سکونتگاه ‌های روستایی پیراشهری در محدوده رسمی شهرها شده است. الحاق و ادغام روستاهای پیرامونی در شهر، با توجه به شرایط مکانی و زمانی دارای فرایند و اثرات خاص خود است. بر این اساس، هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی اثرات اجتماعی، اقتصادی، محیطی و کالبدی الحاق چهار روستای کاظم‌ آباد، کرم ‌آباد، خلیفه‌ آباد و چشمه ‌خانی به شهر نورآباد در استان لرستان است. برای دستیابی به اهداف تحقیق، نتایج سرشماری عمومی نفوس و مسکن، تصاویر ماهواره‌ ای و داده ‌های حاصل از پیمایش خانوار با استفاده از پرسش ‌نامه محقق‌ ساخته استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که الحاق روستا به شهر، فرایندی پیچیده، چندبعدی و چندمرحله‌ ای است که به فراخور شرایط مکانی و زمانی، نیازمند اقدامات خاص خود است. بررسی اثرات ذهنی الحاق روستا به شهر نشان داد که در بیشتر معرف ‌های بررسی‌شده، وضعیت ساکنان محلی پس از الحاق روستا به شهر بهبود یافته است. در میان مولفه‌ های حاصل از تحلیل عاملی، چهار مولفه وضعیت کالبدی روستا، میزان تولید و انگیزه فعالیت در بخش کشاورزی و دامداری، دسترسی به امکانات و تاسیسات زیربنایی مهم‌ ترین پیش ‌بینی‌ کننده‌ های میزان رضایت از الحاق روستا به شهر هستند.

Evaluating the Objective and Subjective Effects of Annexation of Nourabad Villages to the City in Lorestan Province, Iran: A Case Study

Rapid urban population growth of Iran in recent decades, has expanded physical boundaries of cities and annexation of rural settlements around the cities within the formal boundaries of cities. The annexation and integration of surrounding villages in the city, according to the spatial and temporal conditions has unique features and effects. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate the social, economic, environmental, and spatial effects of annexation of four villages of Kazem Abad, Karim Abad, Khalifa, and Khani Abad to Nurabad City in Lorestan Province. To achieve the objectives of this study we used the results of the general census of population and housing, satellite images, and data obtained from household surveys using a researchermade questionnaire. The results show that the adjunction of villages to cities is a complex, multidimensional and multistage process, which according to spatial and temporal conditions need specific measures. Evaluating the subjective effects of annexation show that in most indicators, the conditions of local residents have improved after the annexation. Among the components of factor analysis, four components of physical condition of village, the level of production and motivation in agriculture and livestock activities, access to facilities and infrastructures are the most important predictors for the level of satisfaction from annexation of village to city.
