بازخوانی دیدگاه ابوحنیفه درباره حدیث

مذاهب فقهی خاصّه مذاهب فقهی اربعه­، به رغم اختلافاتی که در فروعات دارند نهایتاً اصول اجتهادی یکسانی دارند. در واقع، با هر چه دور شدن از سه قرن نخست تاریخ مسلمین، از سیّالیت اندیشه ها و تکثّر آراء کاسته می شود و تدریجاً با رنگ باختن برخی تمایزات، اساس مذاهب فقهی در یک بسته واحد و هسته مشترک گرد هم می آیند. مثلاً بنیان استنباطی آن چه که ما امروزه به نام مذهب حنفی می شناسیم و نگرش این مذهب به کتب اصلی احادیث اهل سنّت و نیز نوع تعامل این مذهب با احادیث و خاصّه اخبار آحاد، هیچ تفاوت ماهوی با سایر مذاهب اهل سنّت ندارد. اما بررسی دقیق اسناد و شواهد کهن نشان می دهد که بین رویکرد امام ابوحنیفه و روایت غالب و تثبیت شده نحوه تعامل با احادیث در مذهب حنفی و سایر مذاهب، تمایزها و گسست های بنیادینی وجود دارد که به مرور زمان مسکوت­ٌ عنه گذاشته شده و نهایتاً مورد ردّ و انکار واقع شده است.

Rereading Abu Hanifa’s view on hadith

Islamic jurisprudential schools in particular, Sunni jurisprudential schools despite their differences in minutiaes, ultimately they have the same in principles of Ijtihad. In fact, as time goes by and away from the first three centuries of Muslim history, known as the age of the compilation of the Islamic heritage, the fluidity and diversity of ideas and the plurality of opinions diminish and gradually fade, and so the origins of the jurisprudential schools come together in a single core package. For example, the inferential basis of what we know today as the Hanafi school and its attitude to the main Sunni hadiths’ books, such as Sahih albukhari and Sahih Muslim and other Kutub alSittah, as well as the type of relation that this school has with the Hadith , It is not substantially different from other Sunni schools such as the the Shafi’i school or the Hanbali school.    But a close examination of ancient and early evidences shows that there are fundamental discrepancies and discontinuities between the approach of Imam Abu Hanifa and the dominant wellestablished narrative of how to deal with hadith in the Hanafi school and other schools; the rupture that have been silenced over the centuries and ultimately have been denied.   Keywords:
