گردشگری محله-محور با رویکرد توسعه مشارکتی (مورد مطالعه: محله اکباتان تهران)

در دهه‌های اخیر همزمان با تحول پارادایمی در ادبیات توسعه شهری با جهت‌گیری نظری ُخردنگرانه و مردمگرایانه، تاکید بر توسعه محلی از طریق راهبردهای مناسب به عنوان یکی از آلترانیوهای موثر برای توسعه شهری قلمداد شده است. در این راستا، گردشگر‌ی در سالهای اخیر در سطح محله ها و اجتماعات محلی  به عنوان یکی از مهمترین راهبردهای توسعه شهری مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. هدف پژوهش حاضر  ارزیابی امکان تحقق این رویکرد در  شهرک اکباتان است.با توجه به هدف و ماهیت این پژوهش، از روش کیفی برای گردآوری داده ها استفاده شده است. بدین منظور به مصاحبه با 17 تن از صاحبنظران حوزۀ گردشگری و برنامه­ریزی شهری پرداخته شده است.یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد محله مورد مطالعه توان تبدیل شدن به یک محله گردشگری مدرن را دارد که عمدتا از بازدیدکنندگان تحصیلکرده با ذائقه های فرهنگی و اجتماعی و همینطور معماری و احیاء شهری تشکیل شده باشد. این امر مشروط به لحاظ کردن  پیش­شرط­ها، پیشران­ها و ظرفیت­ها و مرتفع کردن محدودیت­ها است. به‌عنوان نتیجه، این پژوهش مدل توسعه مشارکتی در قالب گردشگری محله ای مورد تایید قرار می‌دهد. بدین معنی که این مدل درامکان تبدیل پتانسیل های مدرن محلی به محصول قابل عرضه در سیستم گردشگری موثرتر از مدلهای مداخله ای عمومی/دولتی است، که غالبا مدل های گلیشه‌ای‌اند و خود را بر واقعیت محله تحمیل می‌کنند.

neighborhood-oriented tourism with a participatory development approach (case study: ekbatan neighborhood of tehran)

in recent decades, with the paradigm shift in the literature of urban development toward a rational and populist theoretical orientation, the emphasis on local development through appropriate strategies has been recognized as one of the effective alternative​s for urban development. tourism has been regarded as one of the most critical urban development strategies at the neighborhood and local community levels in recent years. evaluation of the feasibility of this methodology in ekbatan is the objective of this investigation.according to the purpose and nature of this research, a qualitative method has been used to collect data. for this purpose, interviews were conducted with 17 experts in the fields of tourism and urban planning.the results indicate that the neighborhood in question has the potential to develop into a contemporary tourism destination that is primarily populated by educated visitors with cultural and social preferences, as well as those who are interested in architecture and urban revitalization. this is subject to taking into account the prerequisites, drivers and capacities and removing the limitations at the local, meso and macro level.in conclusion, the participatory development paradigm in the context of neighborhood tourism is substantiated by this research. it also validates the potential to convert local modern potential into a marketable product within the tourism system, surpassing public/government intervention models, which frequently impose themselves on the reality of the neighborhood or are stereotyped
