گونه‌شناسی الگوهای ذهنی جامعۀ محلی نسبت به اثرات و پیامدهای تبدیل روستای بابامنیر به شهر

تبدیل روستاها به شهر موجب افزایش تعداد روستا-شهرها در سطح کشور شده که غالباً با مسائل فراوانی مواجه هستند. روستای بابامنیر واقع در شهرستان ممسنی یک نمونه از این موارد است که طی سال‌های اخیر به شهر تبدیل شده است. به همین دلیل هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی الگوهای ذهنی جامعۀ محلی درمورد اثرات و پیامدهای تبدیل روستای بابامنیر به شهر است.روش‌شناسی پژوهش به‌صورت ترکیبی و با بهره‌گیری از روش کیو است. گردآوری فضای گفتمان با انجام مرور نظام‌مند پژوهش‌های پیشین صورت پذیرفت. برای ارزش‌گذاری نمودارهای کیو 60 نفر به‌طور هدفمند انتخاب شدند. جهت خلاصه‌سازی گزاره‌ها و شناسایی الگوهای ذهنی مشارکت‌کنندگان، از تحلیل‌عاملی اکتشافی استفاده شده است.اثرات و پیامدهای مثبت تبدیل روستای بابامنیر به شهر در چهار الگوی ذهنی شامل توسعۀ زیرساخت‌های فیزیکی و سامان‌دهی بافت کالبدی، توسعۀ خدمات و امکانات، بهبود نسبی سطح رفاه و استقرار ادارات دولتی و مراکز خدماتی قرار گرفته و همچنین اثرات و پیامدهای منفی آن در پنج الگوی ذهنی شامل عدم توفیق در بهبود وضعیت اقتصادی، افزایش هزینه‌ها و مخارج زندگی، کاهش اعتماد و همبستگی اجتماعی، افزایش چالش‌های کالبدی-محیطی و ازبین‌رفتن سنت‌ها و شیوۀ مسکن گزینی بومی دسته‌بندی شده است.از منظر جامعۀ محلی تبدیل روستای بابامنیر به شهر اثرات و پیامدهای مثبت و منفی به همراه داشته است؛ به‌طوری‌که به‌لحاظ کالبدی، توسعۀ خدمات و زیرساخت‌های فیزیکی شرایط سکونتگاه بهبود یافته، اما به‌لحاظ اجتماعی و اقتصادی توفیق چندانی حاصل نشده و حتی شرایط نامطلوب‌تر نیز شده است.

typology of local community mental patterns regarding the effects and consequences of transforming babamonir village into a city

the transformation of villages into urban centers has led to an increase in the number of rurbans across the country, which often face many problems. babamonir village in mamasani county (fars province) is an example of this, which has been converted into a city in recent years. therefore, the aim of this study is to ascertain the mental patterns of the local community regarding the repercussions and implications of transforming babamonir village into a city.the research methodology is a hybrid approach that employs the q methodology. the discourse space has been compiled through library studies and a systematic review of previous research. a sample of 60 participants was intentionally chosen to assess the q-charts. in the quantitative data analysis section, exploratory factor analysis was employed to synthesize the statements and identify the mental patterns of the participants.the research results indicate that the positive effects and consequences of transforming babamonir village into a city can be classified into four mental patterns: the development of physical infrastructure and the organization of the physical fabric, the development of services and facilities, and  development of the physical fabric. additionally, the adverse consequences and repercussions of transforming babamonir village into a city were categorized into five mental patterns, which include: failure to enhance the economic situation, increase in costs and living expenses, a decrease in social trust and cohesion, an increase in physical-environmental challenges, loss of traditions and indigenous housing patterns.the results of the research indicate that from the perspective of the local community, the conversion of babamonir village into a city has had both positive and negative effects and consequences.  from the local community’s perspective. the development of physical infrastructure and services has enhanced living conditions in terms of physical structure. however, in terms of social and economic aspects, there has been little or no success, and conditions have even worsened.
