تحلیل مشکلات تعاونی‌های کشاورزی ایران: فراترکیب کیفی مقالات علمی

تعاونی‌های کشاورزی در ایران همواره در توسعۀ محلی و منطقه‌ای تاثیرگذار بوده‌اند. با وجود تشکیل شرکت‌های تعاونی کشاورزی با موضوعات مختلف در سطح کشور، تعاونی‌های مذکور با چالش‌های متعددی مواجه هستند. براین‌اساس، شناسایی مشکلات تعاونی‌های کشاورزی در راستای حل چالش‌های آنان و ارائۀ پیشنهاد‌های عملی و کاربردی موثر خواهد بود. هدف تحقیق حاضر جمع‌بندی مشکلات تعاونی‌های کشاورزی در ایران است.برای این مطالعه از روش فراترکیب استفاده شد و کلیۀ مقالات مرتبط با مشکلات تعاونی‌های کشاورزی در ایران که به روش کیفی از سال 1380 تا 1402 به زبان انگلیسی و فارسی در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی معتبر علمی منتشر شده بودند بررسی شدند. درنهایت 17 مقاله شامل 6 مقاله به زبان انگلیسی و 11 مقاله به زبان فارسی انتخاب شدند.نتایج تحقیق نشان داد دسته‌ای از مشکلات، بیرونی و عمومی است که ممکن است سایر تشکل‌ها و شرکت‌های تجاری نیز با آن مواجه باشند. چالش‌های مدیریتی تعاونی‌ها، مشکلات مرتبط به فعالیت تخصصی تعاونی‌ها، مشکلات مربوط به نیروی انسانی و مشکلات اقتصادی و مالی تعاونی‌ها از جملۀ این چالش‌ها محسوب می‌شوند. دسته‌ای دیگر از مشکلات تعاونی‌های کشاورزی مربوط به مشکلات درونی مرتبط با ساختار خاص تعاونی‌هاست؛ به‌نحوی‌که فاصلۀ زیادی بین وضعیت موجود تعاونی‌های کشاورزی رسمی در ایران با ساختار، اصول و اهداف تعریف‌شده وجود دارد.تعاونی‌های کشاورزی پدیده‌ای وارداتی است و در امتداد تعاونی‌های سنتی و براساس نیاز اعضا شکل نگرفته است. با توجه به اهمیت و ضرورت انطباق ساختار شرکت‌های تعاونی کشاورزی با شرایط بومی و محلی جامعۀ روستایی و کشاورزی ایران، بازنگری در ساختار و قوانین مرتبط با تعاون برای حل مشکلات تعاونی‌های کشاورزی پیشنهاد می‌شود.

analyzing the problems of agricultural cooperatives in iran: qualitative meta-synthesis of scientific articles

agricultural cooperatives in iran have always been influential in local and regional development. despite the formation of agricultural cooperatives with different issues in the country, the mentioned cooperatives are facing many problems. examining the problems of agricultural cooperatives will be effective in solving their problems and providing practical suggestions. the purpose of this research was to summarize the problems of agricultural cooperatives in iran.the qualitative meta-synthesis method was employed to conduct this study. all articles published in reliable scientific databases from 2001 to 2023 in english and farsi regarding agricultural cooperatives in iran were qualitatively analyzed. ultimately, 17 articles were chosen, with 6 articles in english and 11 articles in persian.the results of the research showed that a group of problems are external and general that may be faced by other organizations and commercial companies. these problems include specialized activities, human resources, economic and financial issues, and management problems of cooperatives. another category of agricultural cooperative issues pertains to internal issues that are associated with the specific structure of cooperatives. consequently, there is a significant disparity between the current state of official agricultural cooperatives in iran and the established structure, principles, and goals.agricultural cooperatives are an imported phenomenon that were not formed along the lines of traditional cooperatives and based on the needs of members. considering the importance and necessity of adapting the structure of agricultural cooperatives to the native and local conditions of the rural and agricultural society of iran, it is suggested to revise the structure and laws related to cooperatives to solve the problems of agricultural cooperatives.
