ادراک احساسات تجربه‌شدۀ روستاییان از فروش زمین به غریبه‌ها

خرید زمین‌های مرغوب در نواحی روستایی شمال کشور و ساخت ویلاهای مجلل توسط ساکنان غیربومی در سال‌های اخیر رشد چشمگیری داشته است. این ساخت‌وسازها در کنار حضور غریبه‌ها به‌عنوان ساکنان جدید در روستاها و زندگی آنان با بومیان، به تغییرات چشمگیری در سبک زندگی روستا منجر شده است. این تغییرات، پیامدها و آثار گوناگونی بر زندگی روستاییان داشته است؛ به‌طوری‌که آنان احساسات و ادراک متفاوت یا متضادی از تداوم حضور غریبه‌ها در روستاهای خویش تجربه می‌کنند. بر این‌ اساس، این پژوهش با استفاده از رویکرد پدیدارشناسی به‌دنبال درک احساس‌های مختلف در بین روستاییان از حضور غربیه‌ها در روستا است. این مطالعه از طریق مصاحبه با 32 نفر از مشارکت‌کنندگان پژوهش که براساس دو نوع نمونه‌گیری در دسترس و نمونه‌گیری هدفمند با حداکثر تنوع انتخاب شدند، به تجربۀ زیستۀ ساکنان هشت روستا از روستاهای تابعۀ شهرستان فومن در استان گیلان پرداخت تا از این طریق امکان تحلیل احساسات تجربه‌شدۀ آنان در برابر غریبه‌های ساکن موقت یا دائم در روستا فراهم شود. نتایج یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان داد حضور غریبه‌ها در روستا سبب بروز احساسات ناخوشایند در بین روستاییان شده است؛ به‌گونه‌ای‌که حضور آنان در روستا موجب شده احساسات ناخوشایندی نظیر تضاد، تبعیض، خشم، حقارت، پشیمانی و نارضایتی در بین ساکنان روستایی ادراک شود. همچنین نتیجۀ این احساس‌های ناخوشایند، پیامدهایی نظیر دوگانه‌شدن الگوی زیست روستایی، نمایش‌های مالکانۀ غریبه‌ها، تشدید نابرابری‌های اجتماعی، فروپاشی اقتصاد رایج روستایی و افزایش میل به مهاجرت در جوانان را به‌دنبال داشته است.

Perception of the Experienced Feelings of the Villagers at the Sale of the Land to Strangers

The purchase of highvalue land in rural areas in the north of the country by nonnative residents and the construction of luxury villas by them has increased sharply in recent years. These constructions, together with the presence of strangers as new residents in the villages and their coexistence with the locals, have led to significant changes in village lifestyles. These changes have different consequences and impacts on the lives of villagers, causing them to experience different or contradictory feelings and perceptions of the continued presence of strangers in their villages. Therefore, using this phenomenological approach, this study seeks to understand the different feelings of villagers towards the presence of strangers in the village. Through interviews with 32 research participants selected on the basis of two types of available samples and purposive samples with maximum diversity, this study addressed the lived experiences of villagers in eight villages in Fuman Town in Gilan Province by analyzing their experienced feelings towards strangers living temporarily or permanently in the village. The results of this study showed that the presence of strangers in the village caused unpleasant feelings among villagers, such as conflict, discrimination, anger, humiliation, regret, and dissatisfaction. The result of these unpleasant feelings are also consequences such as the duplication of the rural way of life, the ownership of the strangers, the aggravation of social inequalities, the collapse of the current rural economy, and the increase in the desire of young people to emigrate.
