واکاوی نقش دانشگاه نسل چهارم (دانشگاه اجتماعی) در توسعه منطقه‌ای

این پژوهش باهدف بررسی نقش دانشگاه نسل چهارم (دانشگاه اجتماعی) در توسعۀ منطقه‌ای انجام شد. برای دستیابی به این هدف از رویکرد کیفی و بهره‌گیری از روش توصیفی تحلیلی استفاده شد. مشارکت‌کنندگان بالقوۀ پژوهش شامل متخصصان و صاحب‌نظران حوزۀ آموزش عالی و دانشگاهیان بودند؛ که بر اساس روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند زنجیره‌ای و با به‌کارگیری معیار اشباع نظری، تعداد 25 نفر از آن‌ها مورد مصاحبۀ نیمه‌ساختاریافته قرار گرفتند. به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار maxqda و تکنیک تحلیل مضمون براون و کلارک (2006) استفاده شد. طی فرایند شش مرحله‌ای (آشنایی با داده‌های اولیه، ایجاد کدهای مفهومی اولیه، جستجو و شناخت کدهای گزینشی، شکل‌گیری مضامین فرعی، تعریف و شکل‌گیری مضامین اصلی و بازبینی تجزیه‌وتحلیل)، ابتدا تعداد 141 کد اولیه مشخص شد که پس از بررسی و پالایش آن‌ها تعداد 82 کد گزینشی به‌دست آمد. بعد از بازبینی و پالایش آن‌ها تعداد 12 مضمون فرعی و 3 مضمون اصلی شناسایی شد. اعتبار داده‌ها از طریق بازبینی توسط مصاحبه‌شوندگان و مرور همتا مورد تایید قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها نشان داد که دانشگاه نسل چهارم (دانشگاه اجتماعی) در سه حوزۀ فرهنگی اجتماعی، اقتصادی و زیست‌محیطی زمینۀ توسعۀ منطقه‌ای را فراهم می‌آورد. در حوزۀ فرهنگی و اجتماعی از طریق توسعۀ اجتماعی، اشاعۀ ارزش‌ها و هویت منطقه‌ای، توسعۀ تفکر مردم‌سالاری، امیدآفرینی اجتماعی و مشارکت در تمدن‌سازی و ایجاد تعهد مدنی در توسعۀ منطقه نقش دارد. در حوزۀ اقتصادی از طریق ایجاد اقتصاد مبتنی بر دانش، دانشگاه نسل چهارم محرک اقتصاد مولد و پایدار منطقه‌ای بوده و از طریق توسعۀ کارآفرینی اجتماعی و خروجی‌های حرفه‌ای و ماهر در توسعۀ منطقه‌ای تاثیرگذار است و در نهایت در حوزۀ زیست‌محیطی از طریق تشویق فرهنگ حفاظت از محیط‌زیست، دانش‌افزایی زیست‌محیطی و توسعۀ فنّاوری‌های زیست‌محیطی، باعث توسعۀ منطقه‌ای می‌شود.

An Analysis of The role of Fourth Generation University (social university) in Regional Development

The main purpose of this study was to investigate the role of the fourth generation university in regional development to achieve this goal, a qualitative approach and descriptiveanalytical method were used. Potential participants in the study included experts and scholars in the field of higher education and academics and 25 of them were interviewed semistructured based on purposive sampling method and theoretical saturation criteria. In order to analyze the data, MAXQDA software and Brown and Clark (2006) theme analysis technique were utilized. Through a sixstep process (familiarity with primary data, creation of basic conceptual codes, search and recognition of selective codes, formation of subthemes, definition and formation of main themes and review) analysis, 141 primary codes were identified, after reviewing and refining which, 82 selective codes were obtained. After reviewing and refining them, 12 subthemes and 3 main themes were identified. The validity of the data was verified through a review by the interviewees. The findings showed that the fourth generation university (social university) provides the ground for regional development in three areas: sociocultural, economic and environmental. In the cultural and social spheres, through social development, disseminating of regional values and identity, developing democratic thinking, creating social hope, and participating in civilization, and creating civic commitment plays a role in the development of the region. In the economic field, by creating a knowledgebased economy, the fourth generation university is a stimulant of productive and sustainable regional economy, the development of social entrepreneurship professional and skilled outputs is effective in the development of regions. Finally, in the field of environment, through encouraging a culture of environment preservation, environmental knowledge enhancement and development of environmental technologies, it causes regional development.
