پاندمی فضای مجازی و ایدۀ مقاومت

ظهور دنیای مجازی در دوران معاصر، تحولی عظیم در گستره زندگی انسان‌ها به‌وجود آورد و به‌دنبال آن، شکل‌گیری شبکه‌های مجازی، نوع نوینی از زندگی را شکل داد که حاصل آن، پدیداری دنیای مجازی به‌عنوان ساحت بدیل زندگی در دنیای واقعی بود. این دنیا، متضمن تاسیس اجتماعات جدیدی است که اعضای آن، ورای مرزهای مرسوم سیاسی، فرهنگی و جغرافیایی در کنار یکدیگر قرار می‌گیرند و بنا به ماهیت شبکه‌ها، همزمان در اجتماعات مختلفی عضویت دارند. نحوۀ سامان‌یابی این اجتماعات نیز با گونه‌های کلاسیک تشکیل اجتماعات متفاوت است و موسسان هر ساحتی در فضای مجازی می‌توانند قواعدی خودبنیاد را برای آن ترسیم نمایند و به‌اجبار بر همگان اعمال کنند. در واقع موسسان این شبکه‌ها در مقام لویاتان‌هایی خودمختار عمل می‌کنند که با توجه به موقعیت موسس خود در تشکیل اجتماع، حتی در قراردادی متقابل با اعضا قرار نمی‌گیرند و قوانین و مقررات تعیین‌شده از سوی آنها برای هرگونه عضویت و حیات‌یابی در آن شبکه‌ها، الزامی و پیشینی است. این امر به شکل‌گیری وضعیتی استثنایی رهنمون می‌شود که حاکم را در موضع قادر مطلق قرار می‌دهد و عضویت در آن، بر پایه میل عمومی افراد (و نه ضرورت عضویت در جامعه) رخ می‌دهد. پژوهش حاضر با بررسی ابعاد مختلف شکل‌گیری این اجتماعات، بر آن است که ضمن تبیین فرایند فکری و فلسفی تاسیس این جوامع، راهکارهای تحدید قدرت و اجازۀ مشارکت عمومی در سامان‌یابی آنها را بررسی نماید.

Cyberspace Pandemic and the Idea of Resistance

Due to the appearance of the virtual world in recent decades, human life encountered a deep transformation which has led to a new lifetypology and hence an alternative humanlife. In such a world, the new societies, with bonds other than the classical sociogeographicalpolitical, connect people from all around the world in a newestablished social order and even simultaneously in different societies. However, the point is due to the nature of the virtual world, such societies are not based on any human needs, but only the man’s desire which motivates him to subscribe to a newestablished society in which solely the founders are the legitimate lawmakers. So, unlike the real society, in such societies, due to the state of exception, the authority can issue any regulative rules and all the members are obliged to obey. Exploring the intellectual aspects of the human desire to voluntarily obey this kind of authority, the present study attempts to develop an alternative approach in which the members are allowed to actively participate in social ordering and restrict the exceptional attributions to the authority.
