میزان اثربخشی برنامه های فرهنگی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی فارس از دیدگاه دانشجویان

هدف از این پژوهش ارزیابی میزان اثربخشی برنامه های فرهنگی دفاتر فرهنگ دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی فارس از دیدگاه دانشجویان رشته های گوناگون این دانشگاه می باشد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر شیوه گرد آوری داده ها توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی بوده است و برای محاسبه حجم نمونه مورد نیاز از فرمول کوکران بهره گیری شده و جامعه آماری آن تمامی دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی استان فارس به تعداد 120000 نفر بوده است، اگر چه تعداد نمونه به مقدار 384 پرسش نامه صحیح مبنای تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. برای انتخاب نمونه مورد نیاز از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای و سه پرسش نامه محقق ساخته، مربوط به فعالیت های کانون قرآن و عترت، ستاد اقامه نماز و فوق برنامه های فرهنگی که از روایی قابل قبول برخوردار بوده استفاده شده است. پایایی پرسش نامه ها که از روش آلفای کرونباخ بدست آمده به ترتیب 86/0 ، 85/0 و82/0 بوده است. نتایج نشان دادند میانگین تاثیر گذاری برنامه های فرهنگی بخش های سه گانه یاد شده از دیدگاه دانشجویان پایین تر از سطح قابل قبول ارزیابی شده و تفاوتی معنادار بین عملکرد برنامه های فرهنگی از دیدگاه دانشجویان دختر و پسر وجود ندارد و فقط دانشجویان رشته پزشکی عملکرد برنامه های کانون قرآن و عترت را بالاتر از حد نرمال ارزیابی کرده اند.

The Effectiveness of Cultural Events from the Perspective of the Islamic Azad University Students, Fars Province

This study aimed to assess the level of effectiveness of cultural activities of Islamic culture office from the viewpoints of the students. This study is applied and descriptive data collection method was survey. To calculate the sample size required in tis study, Cochran formula was used. And the number of the population of all Islamic Azad University, Fars province, was 120,000. Although the sample size of 384 valid questionnaires were analyzed. To select the required samples, random sampling and scale from a selfmade cluster were used which were related to the operations of the center of the Quran and Etrat (progeny), the canters in charge of prayers and cultural programs that had an acceptable validity. The reliability of the questionnaire obtained through Cronbach's alpha, respectively, 86/0, vary from 850 and 82/0. The results showed that the average effect of three sections of the cultural programs were evaluated below the acceptable level from the perspective of students and there was no significant difference between the performance of cultural events from the perspective of male and female students. And only the medical students evaluated the performance of the center of the Quran and Etrat higher than normal level.
