طراحی الگوی آموزش ضمن خدمت معلمان بر پایه رایانش ابری: مورد مطالعه استان بوشهر

مقدمه و هدف : از اساسی ترین عوامل موثر در موفقیت سازمان های آموزشی وجود برنامه ریزی در جهت آموزش مستمر کارکنان است. هدف اصلی این پژوهش طراحی و اعتباربخشی الگوی آموزش ضمن خدمت معلمان بر پایه رایانش ابری انجام بود. روش شناسی پژوهش : تحقیق حاضر بر اساس هدف، آمیخته از نوع اکتشافی بود. لذا در بخش کیفی از روش گروه های کانونی و در بخش کمی از روش پژوهش توصیفی پیمایشی استفاده شد. نمونه بخش کیفی متخصصان تکنولوژی آموزشی و متخصصان فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات و مدیریت و متخصصان شبکه در استان بوشهر شناسایی شدند، که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند از نوع موارد مطلوب انتخاب شدند. حجم نمونه نیز بر اساس قاعده اشباع نظری 10 نفر مشخص شد. نمونه بخش کمی بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان 373 نفر انتخاب شدند. یافته ها : پس از استخراج کدها از متن مصاحبه ها و مفاهیم (کدگذاری باز) تعداد 140 مفهوم شناسایی و استخراج شد. یافته های تحقیق حاصل از تحلیل مضمون نشان داد که می توان 5 بعد (عامل یا مضامین فراگیر) و مولفه های 19 گانه (مضامین سازمان دهنده) را به عنوان ابعاد و مولفه های موثر در شکل دهی الگوی آموزش ضمن خدمت معلمان بر پایه رایانش ابری مطرح نمود. ابعاد مذکور شامل منابع انسانی (4 مولفه)، مدیریتی (5 مولفه)، فرهنگی (3 مولفه)، فناوری (5 مولفه) و منابع مادی و کالبدی (2 مولفه) بودند. نتایج تحلیل عامل تاییدی نیز مولفه های الگو را تایید نمود. بحث و نتیجه گیری: نتایج الگوی ارائه شده در تحقیق نشان داد که الگوی آموزش کارکنان بر پایه رایانش ابری به ترتیب متاثر از 5 بعد است که بعد فناوری از بیشترین میزان اهمیت را برخوردار است و به ترتیب بعد فرهنگی، بعد مدیریتی، بعد انسانی و بعد مادی و مالی قرار دارد.

designing the in service training pattern for teachers based on cloud computing: the case study of bushehr province

introduction: one of the most important factors in the success of educational organizations is the existence of planning for the continuous training of employees. the main purpose of this research was to design and validate the model of teacher in-service training based on cloud computing.research methodology: the current research was based on the purpose, and it was a mixed exploratory type. therefore, the focus groups method was used in the qualitative part and the descriptive-survey research method was used in the quantitative part. a qualitative sample of educational technology specialists and information and communication technology specialists and management and network specialists were identified in bushehr province, who were selected using the purposeful sampling method. the sample size was determined based on the rule of theoretical saturation of 10 people. 373 people were selected as a quantitative sample based on the table of krejci and morgan.findings: after extracting the codes from the interviews and concepts (open coding), 140 concepts were identified and extracted. the research findings from the analysis of the theme showed that 5 dimensions (overarching factors or themes) and 19 components (organizing themes) can be considered effective dimensions and components in shaping the model of teaching while serving teachers based on the proposed cloud computing. the mentioned dimensions included human resources (4 components), management (5 components), cultural (3 components), technology (5 components), and material and physical resources (2 components). the results of the confirmatory factor analysis also confirmed the components of the model.conclusion: the results of the model presented in the research showed that the model of employee training based on cloud computing is affected by 5 dimensions, of which the technology dimension is the most important, and after that in order there are the cultural dimension, management dimension, human dimension, the material, and financial dimension.
