طراحی مدل مدیریت استعداد در ورزش دانش آموزی

مقدمه و هدف: هدف این تحقیق، طراحی مدل مدیریت استعداد در ورزش دانش آموزی با رویکرد ساختاری تفسیری بود.روش شناسی پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ روش، توصیفی بود که به صورت آمیخته کیفی و کمی انجام شد. در بخش کیفی براساس پنل تخصصی و هدفمند با 19 نفر از خبرگان ورزش دانشآموزی تا حد اشباع نظری مصاحبه عمیق و نیمه ساختارمند انجام شد. پس از کدگذاری، داده های اولیه توسط 5 نفر از مصاحبه شوندگان بازبینی و صحت استخراج کدها تایید شد و برای استحکام داده ها، دو کدگذار، کدها را بررسی و بازبینی و با اصلاحات جزئی تایید کردند. سپس پنل دلفی تشکیل و کدها در پنل دلفی غربالگری و دسته بندی شد و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته و فرم خودتعاملی ساختاری (به صورت پرسشنامه) تهیه شد. روایی پرسشنامه توسط 10 نفر از اساتید دانشگاه و پایایی آنها با آزمون آلفای کرونباخ، تایید شد. جامعه آماری در بخش کمی، شامل مسئولین و کارشناسان کمیته استعدادیابی فدراسیون ورزش دانش آموزی و مدیران تربیت بدنی آموزش و پرورش بود. ابتدا به صورت تصادفی خوشه ای و سپس به صورت در دسترس، تعداد 384 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شد. جهت مدلیابی از تکنیک مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری استفاده شد. یافته ها: یافته ها نشان داد که 48 شاخص در قالب 11 مولفه بر توسعه مدیریت استعداد ورزش دانش آموزی اثرگذاراست و مولفه ها در هفت سطح ساختاردهی شدند و مولفه های منابع انسانی و برنامه ریزی مدیریت استعداد ورزشی در پایین ترین سطح قرار گرفتند.بحث و نتیجه گیری: چنانچه نسبت به توسعه منابع انسانی فنی و تخصصی ورزش دانش آموزی اقدام شود وانجام فعالیت های مدیریت استعداد در چارچوب برنامه استراتژیک و انجام دقیق برنامه آموزشی و تمرینی در راستای اهداف بلند مدت ورزش دانش آموزی انجام شود، مدیریت استعداد ورزش دانش آموزی توسعه خواهد یافت.

designing a talent management model in student sports

introduction: the purpose of this research was to design a talent management model in student sports with an interpretative structural approach. research methodology: the current research was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of method, which was conducted in a mixed qualitative and quantitative manner. in the qualitative part, based on a specialized and targeted panel, an in-depth and semi-structured interview was conducted with 19 student sports experts until theoretical saturation. after coding, the initial data was reviewed by 5 interviewees and the correctness of the extraction of the codes was confirmed, and for the strength of the data, two coders checked and reviewed the codes and confirmed them with minor corrections. then a delphi panel was formed and the codes were screened and categorized in the delphi panel, and a questionnaire was created by the researcher and a structured self-interaction form (in the form of a questionnaire) was prepared. the validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 10 university professors and their reliability was confirmed by cronbach's alpha test. the statistical population in the quantitative part included officials and experts of the talent search committee of the student sports federation and physical education managers. first, 384 people were selected as a sample by cluster random sampling and then by availability. interpretive structural modeling technique was used for modeling.findings: the findings showed that 48 indicators in the form of 11 components have an effect on the development of student sports talent management. based on the findings, the components were placed in seven levels, and the human resources components and sports talent management planning were placed in the basic level (seventh level).conclusion: if the technical and specialized human resources of student sports are developed and talent management activities are carried out within the framework of the strategic plan and the training and training program is carried out in line with the long-term goals of student sports, the talent management of student sports will be developed.
