تاثیر باورها و نگرش‌های معلمان بر نیت معلمان جهت استفاده از فناوری مبتنی بر آموزش در فرایند آموزش

مقدمه و هدف: این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تاثیر باورهایی همچون خودکارآمدی، هنجارذهنی، سهولت و سودمندی ادراک شده و نگرش نسبت به کاربرد فناوری مبتنی بر آموزش بر نیت معلمان جهت استفاده از فناوری آموزشی در فرایند آموزش انجام گرفت. روش شناسی پژوهش: در این مطالعه از روش همبستگی استفاده شد و داده ها از 250 نفر معلمان شهر کرمان که 160 نفر به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی با استفاده از یک پرسشنامه محقق ساخته جمع آوری شد. یافته ها: نتایج اثرات مستقیم نشان داد اثر خودکارآمدی بر سهولت ادراک شده کاربرد فناوری، اثر هنجار ذهنی نسبت به فناوری بر سهولت ادراک شده، سودمندی ادراک شده، نگرش نسبت به کاربرد و نیت رفتاری کاربرد فناوری، اثر سهولت ادراک شده کاربرد فناوری بر سودمندی ادراک شده و نگرش نسبت به کاربرد فناوری و اثر سودمندی ادراک شده کاربرد فناوری بر نیت رفتاری کاربرد فناوری مثبت اما بر نگرش نسبت به کاربرد فناوری معنی دار نبود. همچنین نتایج نشان داد سهولت ادراک شده، سودمندی ادراک شده و نگرش نسبت به کاربرد فناوری نقش واسطه ای مثبتی در رابطه بین هنجار ذهنی و خودکارآمدی فناوری با نیت رفتاری کاربرد فناوری دارند. بحث و نتیجه گیری: این یافته ها نشان داد باورهای معلمان نسبت به کاربرد فناوری آموزشی هم اثر مستقیم و هم اثر غیر مستقیم بر نیت معلمان جهت استفاده از فناوری های آموزشی در فرایند آموزش دارند.

the effect of teachers' beliefs and attitudes on teachers' intention to use teaching based technology in teaching process

introduction: the purpose of this study the effect of teachers' beliefs and attitudes on teachers' intention to use teaching based technology in the teaching process in the city of kerman. research methodology: the research method was correlational and data were collected from 160 teachers' by random sampling method using a researcher-made questionnaire. findings:the results showed that the direct effect of computer self-efficacy on perceived ease and the actual computer use and the direct effect of the subjective norm on perceived ease, perceived usefulness, attitude toward application, and the intention of computer use and direct effect of perceived computer ease on perceived usefulness and attitude toward computer use and direct effect of computer perceived usefulness on behavioral intention, computer use is positive and significant, but not on the attitude toward the use of computer. the direct effect of attitude toward the use of a computer on behavioral intention to use the computer is positive and significant but a direct effect of behavioral intention to use the computer on actual usage of computer was not significant among teachers'. conclusion: these results showed that teachers' subjective norms and self-efficacy played an important role in the perception of the ease, the usefulness and acceptance, and usage of computer by teachers'.
