ارائه الگو برای افزایش اثربخشی یادگیری در سیستمهای آموزش مجازی دانشگاه های بجنورد در سال 1399

مقدمه و هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه مدلی برای افزایش اثربخشی یادگیری در سیستم های آموزش مجازی دانشگاه های بجنورد در سال 1399است. روش شناسی پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع پژوهش های کمی- کیفی است که به لحاظ شیوه گردآوری داده ها در زمره پژوهش های ترکیبی است. جامعه ی آماری در بخش کیفی شامل 20 نفر از اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه های آزاد اسلامی ،دولتی، علوم قرانی، اشراق، حکیمان، علوم پزشکی شهر بجنورد به طور تصادفی بود و در بخش کمی نیز 200نفر اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه های بجنورد شامل آزاد اسلامی واحد بجنورد دولتی، علوم قرانی، اشراق، حکیمان، علوم پزشکی بود. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در بخش کیفی مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته و در بخش کمی به صورت پرسشنامه  محقق ساخته بود که روایی همگرا و واگرا و هم چنین پایایی سوالات با استفاده از بارعاملی  و آلفای کرونباخ مورد تایید قرار گرفت و جهت  که برای تجزیه وتحلیل اطلاعات قسمت کیفی با استفاده از  نرم افزار تحلیل مضمون (مکس کیودی) و در قسمت کمی از نرم افزار  spss  نسخه 22 و pls استفاده شد..یافته ها: طبق یافته های حاصل از پژوهش، مولفه های اصلی آموزش اثربخش یادگیری در سیستم های آموزش مجازی در دانشگاه های بجنورد  شامل مولفه های فعالیت های یاددهی- یادگیری، انعطاف پذیری، محتوای اموزشی و سازماندهی ان،تعامل و بازخورد، پشتیبانی کاربران، میزان حجم کاری، سامانه آموزش مجازی، آموزشگاهی، تربیتی،  مدیریت و  ارزشیابی  شناسایی شدند.بحث و نتیجه گیری: می توان نتیجه گرفت یادگیری در سیستمهای آموزش مجازی برگرفته از عوامل متعددی جهت اثربخشی در دانشگاه های بجنورد می باشد و نیاز است درجهت اثربخشی از ابعاد گوناگون در این زمینه استفاده کرد.

introduction: the purpose of this research is to provide a model to increase the effectiveness of learning in the virtual education systems of bojnord universities in 2019.research methodology: the current research is a type of quantitative-qualitative research, which in terms of the method of data collection is among mixed research. the statistical population in the qualitative section included 20 academic staff members of islamic azad universities, government, quranic sciences, ishraq, hakims, and medical sciences of bojnord city randomly, and in the quantitative section, 200 academic staff members of bojnord universities including azad islamic universities it was the government-funded unit of qur’anic sciences, ishraq, hakims, and medical sciences. the data collection tool in the qualitative part was a semi-structured interview and in the quantitative part it was a researcher-made questionnaire, the convergent and divergent validity as well as the reliability of the questions were confirmed by using factor loading and cronbach’s alpha, and for analyzing the data of the qualitative part with the use of theme analysis software (max qudi) and in a small part spss version 22 and pls software were used.findings: according to the findings of the research, the main components of effective learning in virtual education systems in bojnord universities include the components of teaching-learning activities, flexibility, educational content and its organization, interaction and feedback, user support, workload, the system of virtual education, school, training, management and evaluation were identified.conclusion: it can be concluded that learning in virtual education systems is derived from several factors for effectiveness in bojnord. universities and it is necessary to use various dimensions in this field to be effective.used.
