عوامل موثر بر ایجاد نظام استعدادیابی ورزش در آموزش و پرورش

مقدمه و هدف: هدف این پژوهش بررسی عوامل موثر بر ایجاد نظام استعدادیابی ورزش در استان فارس با استفاده از الگوریتم ترکیبی بود.روش شناسی پژوهش: این پژوهش مبتنی بر روش ترکیبی و با رویکردی کاربردی انجام شده است. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در بخش کیفی از روش کدگذاری و در بخش کمی از تحلیل عاملی استفاده شد. در بخش کیفی با مطالعه ی پیشینه موضوع و مصاحبه های عمیق با خبرگان، ابعاد و مولفه  های مورد نیاز برای طراحی نظام استعدادیابی مشخص شد. نمونه بخش کیفی این تحقیق با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب و به منظور اعتباریابی، داده های مورد نیاز در بخش کمی از طریق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته گردآوری شد و سپس با استفاده از روش تحلیل عاملی، مولفه ها تایید شد.یافته ها: نتایج کد گذاری داده ها در بخش کیفی در نهایت سه دسته کلی شامل عوامل ساختاری، عوامل محتوایی و عوامل زمینه ای را نشان داد. در بخش کمی، مدل با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تایید شد. تفاوت معناداری در تاثیر هر یک از سه عامل موثر بر ایجاد نظام استعدادیابی در استان فارس وجود داشت، به طوری که از بین سه عامل، عوامل زمینه ای بیشترین تاثیر و عوامل ساختاری کمترین تاثیر را داشتند.بحث و نتیجه گیری: در مجموع می توان گفت که ایجاد نظام استعدادیابی در استان فارس امری پیچیده، زمان بر و طولانی است که با توجه به عوامل مختلف در آن، می توان پویایی آن را افزایش داده و منجر به استفاده از دستگاهی متفاوت شده است. رویکرد.

introduction: the purpose of this research was to investigate the factors affecting the establishment of sports talent identification system in fars province using a hybrid algorithm.research methodology: this research is based on a mixed method with a practical approach. in order to analyze the data, coding method was used in the qualitative part and factor analysis was used in the quantitative part. in the qualitative part, by studying the background of the subject and in depth interviews with experts, the dimensions and components required for the design of the talent search system were determined. the sample of the qualitative part of this research was selected by purposive sampling method and for the purpose of validation, the data needed in the quantitative part was collected through a researcher made questionnaire and then the components were confirmed using the factor analysis method.findings: the results of coding the data in the qualitative section finally revealed three general categories including structural factors, content factors and contextual factors. in the quantitative part, the model confirmed by factor analysis. there was a significant difference in influence of each of the three factors affecting the creation of the talent identification system in fars province, so that among the three factors, contextual factors had the most impact and structural factors had the least impact.conclusion: in general conclusion, it can be said that the creation of talent identification system in fars province is a complex, time consuming and long affair, and due to different factors in it, it has increased its dynamics and led to the use of a different approach.
