بررسی عوامل موثر برتوان تصمیم‌گیری مدیران متوسطه به منظور ارائه مدل ارتقا توان تصمیم‌گیری (مورد مطالعه مقطع متوسطه اول استان خوزستان)

مقدمه و هدف: درهدف تحقیق حاضر ارائه مدلی برای توسعه توان تصمیم‌گیری مدیران و تعیین راه‌کارهای رسیدن از وضع موجود به وضع مطلوب بود. روش تحقیق حاضر آمیخته اکتشافی از نوع کیفی و کمی مبتنی بر گرندد تئوری بود. جامعه آماری مورد نظر در بخش کیفی را خبرگان حوزه آموزش و پرورش در سمت‌های مدیریتی تشکیل دادند که با روش هدفمند تا 15 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند و با آن‌ها مصاحبه صورت پذیرفت. هم‌چنین در بخش کمی جامعه آماری شامل کلیه مدیران مقطع متوسطه اول در استان خوزستان بودند که به دلیل پراکندگی جغرافیایی و حجم زیاد جامعه آماری در این تحقیق با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای به صورت تصادفی که با تقسیم مدارس متوسطه به چهار بخش (شمال، جنوب، شرق و غرب) از مناطق (ایذه، دهدز باغملک اهواز ماهشهر دزفول ابادان خرمشهر) و فرمول کوکران حجم نمونه 326 نفر (176 نفر زن و 150 نفر مرد) نفر تعیین شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها در این پژوهش پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود که از بخش کیفی استخراج شد و روایی آن به نظرات خبرگان و پایایی با آلفای کرونباخ تایید شد. به‌منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از رویکردهای گرندد تئوری و معادلات ساختاری با نرم‌افزارهای maxqda و spss23 و smartpls استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که ابعاد اصلی مدل را عوامل علی، زمینه‌ای، مداخله‌گر، راهبردها و پیامدها تشکیل می‌دهند و شامل 74 زیر مولفه هستند و نتایج مدل تحقیق نشان داد که مدل مورد استفاده تحقیق حاضر از برازش مناسبی برخوردار بود. نتایج نشان داد که در میان ابعاد اصلی مدل عوامل علی، زمینه‌ای، مداخله‌گر، راهبردها و پیامدها می‌توانند در ارتقای توان تصمیم‌گیری مدیران موثر باشند.

investigating the effective factors on the decision-making power of high school managers in order to present a model for improving decision-making power (a case study of the first high school in khuzestan province)

introduction: the purpose of this study was to provide a model for developing managers’ decision‌making power and determining solutions to achieve the desired situation. research methodology: the method of the present study was a qualitative and quantitative exploratory mixture based on grounded theory. in this study, according to the classification model with emphasis on qualitative data, a sequential integrated exploratory method was used to combine qualitative and quantitative data. the statistical population in the qualitative section consisted of 15 experts familiar with the subject of research. also, in a small part of the statistical population, there are 2147 principals of first secondary schools in khuzestan province, of which 326 (176 female and 150 male) were randomly divided into four sections using cluster sampling method (divided into four sections). north, south, east and west) were selected from regions (izeh, dehdez, baghmalek, ahvaz, mahshahr, dezful, abadan and khorramshahr). to collect data, two closed‌ended and open‌ended decision‌making questionnaires were used to improve decision‌making power. in order to analyze the data, grounded theory approaches and structural equations with maxqda, spss23 and smartpls software were used. findings: the results showed that the main dimensions of the model are organizational factors, managerial factors, individual factors and structural factors and include 74 sub‌components. conclusion: the results of the research model show that the model used in the present study had a good fit. this means that the model of this research can be used to improve the decision‌making power of managers.
