طراحی الگوی موانع توسعه حرفه ای دبیران تربیت بدنی مدارس بر اساس مدل یابی ساختاری تفسیری

هدف تحقیق، طراحی الگوی موانع توسعه حرفه ای دبیران تربیت بدنی مدارس کشور، بر اساس مدل یابی ساختاری تفسیری بود. تحقیق حاضر از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی است که به صورت میدانی و به روش تحقیق آمیخته (کیفی و کمی) انجام شد. نمونه کیفی، شامل 18 نفر از خبرگان بودند و جامعه آماری در بخش کمی، شامل مسوولین و کارشناسان دفتر تربیت بدنی وزارت آموزش و پرورش، مسوولین اداره تربیت بدنی و رئیس گروه تربیت بدنی ادارات کل آموزش و پرورش استان ها، برابر با 80 نفر بودند که به دلیل محدودیت اعضا، جامعه آماری با نمونه برابر شد. ابزار تحقیق، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته حاوی 18 مانع توسعه دبیران بود که روایی محتوایی آن توسط 7 تن از استادان مدیریت ورزشی دانشگاه که در تربیت بدنی مدارس اشراف داشتند و پایایی آن با آزمون آلفای کرونباخ تایید شد ( 85 / 0 = α ) علی رغم این، تحلیل عاملی تاییدی با استفاده از نرم افزار لیزرر انجام گرفت. برای سطح بندی موانع از نظرات خبرگان، درصد فراوانی و روش مدل سازی ساختاری تفسیری استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که 18 مانع، فراروی توسعه حرفه ای دبیران تربیت بدنی مدارس ایران وجود دارد. هم چنین موانع کم توجهی مدیران به اهداف و راهبردهای علمی جهت ارتقای دبیران و سیستم و برنامه های آموزشی نا کارآمد در سطح زیربنایی قرار گرفتند.بنابراین مسوولان بایستی با تمرکز بر راهبردهای علمی توسعه دبیران و تغییر در سیستم و محتوای آموزشی، در مورد توسعه حرفه ای مهارت های دبیران اقدام کنند.

designing a model of barriers to professional development of school physical education teachers based on interpretive structural modeling

the purpose of this study was to design a model of barriers to professional development of physical education teachers in the country, based on interpretive structural modeling. the present study is an applied research that was conducted in the field and by mixed research method (qualitative and quantitative). the qualitative sample consisted of 18 experts and the statistical population in the quantitative section, including officials and experts of the physical education office of the ministry of education, officials of the physical education department and the head of the physical education department of the education departments if provinces, was equal to 80 people. due to the limited membership, the statistical population estimated equal to the sample. the research instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire containing 18 barriers to teacher development whose content validity was confirmed by 7 professors of university sports management who informed superiority in school physical education and its reliability was confirmed by cronbach's alpha test (α = 0.85). nevertheless, confirmatory factor analysis was performed using laser software. experts' opinions, frequency percentage and interpretive structural modeling method were used to level the barriers. the results showed that there are 18 obstacles to the professional development of physical education teachers in iranian schools. also, the obstacles of managers' lack of attention to scientific goals and strategies to improve teachers and inefficient educational systems and programs were placed at the infrastructure level. therefore, officials should focus on the scientific strategies of teacher development and change the system and educational content, in order to develop professional skills of teachers.
