طراحی و تبیین الگوی مدیریت ارزش ها در آموزش و پرورش

مقدمه و هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر، طراحی و تبیین مولفه‌های ارزش‌ سازمانی در آموزش‌وپرورش استان البرز بود. روش شناسی پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر، بر مبنای هدف، در ذیل پژوهش‌های کاربردی؛ بر مبنای ماهیت پژوهش، توصیفی- همبستگی است که به روش ترکیبی و طرح مثلث سازی انجام‌شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش در بخش کیفی شامل مدیران ستادی اداره کل آموزش‌وپرورش استان البرز و بخش کمی شامل کلیه مدیران و معلمان شاغل در آموزش‌وپرورش استان البرز بود که در بخش کیفی با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری ترکیبی (هدفمند و گلوله برفی) 12 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه آماری و در بخش کمی با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای 362 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از روش مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد که روایی ابزارهای اندازه‌گیری در بخش کیفی با استفاده از روش توافق کدگذاران و در بخش کمی، از طریق روایی همگرا و روایی واگرا مورد تایید واقع شد. همچنین؛ پایایی ابزارهای اندازه‌گیری بر اساس سه معیار ضرایب بارهای عاملی، آلفای کرونباخ(82/.) و پایایی ترکیبی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار pls موردبررسی قرار گرفت. برای آزمون سوال‌های پژوهش، از روش مدل معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزار pls استفاده شد. یافته ها: نتایج بخش کیفی پژوهش، بیانگر 180مضمون پایه، 3 مضمون سازمان دهنده و 6 مضمون فراگیر بود. همچنین؛ نتایج بخش کمی پژوهش نشان داد که مولفه‌های اجتماعی و اقتصادی نقش موثرتری در تبیین ارزش‌های سازمانی مدیران و معلمان آموزش‌وپرورش البرز دارند. بحث و نتیجه گیری: این موضوع بیانگر این است که مولفه‌های زمینه ای نسبت به مولفه‌های فرایند ارجحیت دارد و ارزش‌های سازمانی مدیران و معلمان آموزش‌وپرورش البرز تحت تاثیر قرار می دهد.

designing and explaining the components of organizational value in education in alborz province

introduction: the aim of this study was to designing and explaining the components of organizational value in education in alborz province.research methodology: this research, based on the purpose, following the applied research and based on the nature of the research, is an explanation that has been done by the combined method and triangulation’ design. the population of the qualitative part of the research was all the staff managers of education department of alborz province, that using combined sampling method (purposive and snowball) 12 people were selected as participants. the statistical population of the quantitative part of the study included all managers and teachers working in education in alborz province. using stratified cluster sampling method, 362 people selected as the statistical sample. to collect the data, a semi-structured interview and a researcher-made questionnaire used. the validity of the measurement tool confirmed in the qualitative part using the coders’ agreement method and in the quantitative part through convergent and divergent validity. in addition, the reliability of the researcher-made questionnaire evaluated based on three criteria: factor load coefficients, cronbach’s alpha (0.82) and combined reliability using pls software.findings: to test the research questions, were used the structural equation modeling method and pls software. the results of the qualitative part of the research showed 180 basic themes, 3 organizing themes and 6 comprehensive themes. in addition, the results of the quantitative part of the research showed that social and economic components have a more effective role in explaining the structural pattern of organizational values of education managers and teachers .conclusion: this indicates that content factors  are preferable of the process components and affecting the organizational values of education managers and teachers in alborz province
