ابعاد مدیریت کیفیت فراگیرآموزشی سازمان دانش آفرین برپایه کارتیمی و پذیرش فن آوری با رویکرد پژوهش ترکیبی

این مقاله به بررسی پیش‌آیندهای مدیریت کیفیت فراگیر برپایه پذیرش فن‌اوری و کار تیمی  با استفاده از پژوهش ترکیبی (ترتیبی - تبیینی) می‌پردازد. در این نوع پژوهش جمع‌آوری و تحلیل داده‌های کیفی وکمی در یک مطالعه ی واحد در دو مرحله ی جداگانه انجام می‌شود. در این مقاله، با مطالعه ی ادبیات پژوهش، متغیرهای پژوهش شناسایی شده و نتیجه در قالب مدل مفهومی ارائه شده است. جامعه اماری در بخش کمی اعضای هیات علمی استان فارس می باشد که شامل  2320  نفر می باشند که با استفاده از جدول مورگان 253 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای به صورت نمونه انتخاب شده اند . به منظور تبیین بیشتر و بهتر نتایج و آشکار شدن موارد مغفول در فاز کمّی، 14 مصاحبه عمیق  در بخش کیفی با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند وبه صورت گلوله برفی انجام شده است. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها در خصوص ابعاد پذیرش فن اوری، کارتیمی و مدیریت کیفیت فراگیر، پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته است که روایی آن به وسیله تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و همچنین روایی صوری (تایید خبرگان ) و پایایی توسط محاسبه آلفای کرونباخ بترتیب با مقادیر 0.712و 0.749  و  0.728سنجیده  شده است مدل مفهومی تحقیق با استفاده از داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده از طریق پرسشنامه و همچنین بهره‌گیری از فنون آمار توصیفی، استنباطی و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته‌اند. نتایج و یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد تعهد، اعتماد، مسوولیت پذیری، برخورد سازنده مربوط به کار تیمی  بر مدیریت کیفیت فراگیرتاثیرگذار هستند. سودمندی ادراک فن‌اوری، فرهنگ رفتار با فن اوری سهولت، نگرش به فناوری تاثیر بسزایی در مدیریت کیفیت فراگیر دارند

Dimensions of Educational total Quality Management of Knowledge Based on Teamwork and Technology Acceptance with combined Research Approach

This paper examines the implications of inclusive quality management based on technology adoption and teamwork using combined (sequentialexplanatory) research. In this type of research, qualitative and quantitative data are collected and analyzed in a single study in two separate stages. In this paper, by studying the research literature, the research variables are identified and the results are presented in the conceptual model. The population of the study consists of 2320 faculty members in the Fars province. 253 individuals were selected using cluster sampling method using Morgan table. In order to better explain the results and to reveal the neglected cases in the quantitative phase, 14 indepth qualitative interviews were conducted using purposeful sampling and snowballing. Cardiometry and Total Quality Management, a researchermade questionnaire whose validity was measured by confirmatory factor analysis as well as face validity (expert approval) and reliability by Cronbach’s alpha coefficients of 0.712, 0.749, and 0.728, respectively. Data were collected through questionnaires and descriptive statistics techniques Structural equations have been analyzed during and modeled. Findings and findings showed that commitment, trust, responsibility, and constructive approach to teamwork influence overall quality management. Benefits of technology perception, ease of technology culture, attitude to technology have a significant impact on total quality management
