ارائه الگوی رهبری مدارس موفق در دوره ابتدایی مبتنی برنظریه زمینه ای

رشد و توسعه هر جامعه ای مرهون نظام آموزش و پرورش آن است و در این میان دوره ابتدایی نقش پررنگ تری ایفا می کند پیشبرد اهداف این دوره در سایه تلاش رهبرانی کوشا، دلسوز و خدوم امکان پذیر است.هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه الگوی رهبری مدارس موفق دوره ابتدایی مبتنی بر نظریه زمینه ای است.رویکرد پژوهش کیفی و روش نظریه برخاسته از داده(نظریه زمینه ای)،روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و با معیار اشباع نظری داده هابوده است.بدین منظورمصاحبه هایی نیمه ساختارمند با 24نفر از مدیران مدارس موفق کشور در دوره ابتدایی ومطلعان کلیدی در این خصوص انجام شد.طول مدت زمان هر مصاحبه 100-30دقیقه بود و به برخی از مصاحبه شوندگان دوبار مراجعه شد.مصاحبه ها تا جایی ادامه یافت که مصاحبه شونده اطلاعات جدیدی در اختیار پژوهشگر قرار نداد و صرفاً تکرار اطلاعات قبلی بود،بدین ترتیب اشباع نظری داده ها حاصل گردید. برای مشخص کردن روایی و پایایی داده ها از بازبینی مشارکت کنندگان و مرور خبرگان غیر شرکت کننده در پژوهش استفاده شد. نتایج تحلیل داده ها در طی سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، کدگذاری محوری و کدگذاری انتخابی حاکی از 22 مقوله کلی است که دراین مقاله در چارچوب مدل پارادایمی شامل: عوامل علّی، پدیده محوری، عوامل زمینه ای، عوامل مداخله ای ، راهبردها و پیامدها تحلیل شده است.

provide a model for successful elementary school leadership based on grounded theory (GT)

Abstract The growth and development of any community and society is conditioned on its education system. In this regard, the primary school grade plays a far significant role. Advancing the objectives of this grade can be possible with the help of diligent, compassionate, and servant leaders. The main objective of the current study is to providing a successful leadership model for primary schools based on grounded theory. The approach utilized in the study is based on a qualitative frame of mind and the grounded theory methodology. The sampling method used here involves targeted sampling based on the criterion of theoretical saturation of the data. In order to realize this objective, semistructured interviews with 24 successful primary school principals as well as key informants were carried out. The duration of each interview session was 30 to 100 minutes and some interviewees were consulted twice. The interviews lasted until the interviewee didn’t have any new information to provide and the information provided became a repetition of the previous information; in this way, data saturation was realized. In order to measure the validity and reliability of the data, the reviews of the participants and nonparticipant experts were utilized. The results of the data analysis based on three stages of open coding, axial coding, and selective coding indicated 22 general issues, analyzed in this study based on a paradigm model which includes causal factors , phenomenological factors, contextual factors leadership, intervention factors , strategies and outcomes
