طراحی مدل تخصیص منابع در سازمان‌های آموزش محور

هدف این تحقیق بررسی طراحی مدل تخصیص منابع در سازمان‌های آموزش محور بود. در این تحقیق جامعه آماری در دو قالب تعریف شد. در بخش اول به‌منظور شناسایی شاخص های مورد بررسی و همچنین در بخش دوم رتبه‌بندی این مولفه ها از نظرات خبرگان سازمان‌های آموزش محور استفاده شد. روش تحقیق از نوع از نظر جمع آوری داده ها پیمایشی و از نظر آماری از نوع توسعه ای می‌باشد. در این پژوهش برای افزایش روایی پرسش نامه با مطالعه پرسش نامه های مشابه، مقاله ها، کتاب ها و مجلات پرسش نامه های اولیه طراحی و سپس با تعدادی از استادان، مشورت گردید و سوال ها با نظر آنان بررسی شد. سپس تعدادی پرسش نامه بین هر بخش از جامعه آماری توزیع گردید و همه ابهام ها مشخص شده و رفع و پرسش نامه نهایی توزیع گردید. چون پرسشنامه ها از یک سری شاخص یا معیار تشکیل شده اند بنابراین پایایی آن‌ها نیازی به بررسی ندارد. از روش تحلیل دلفی و روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی برای تحلیل داده ها بهره گرفته شد. در بررسی تحلیل دلفی23 عامل در قالب 3 بعد منابع مالی، فیزیکی و تکنولوژی و انسانی شناسایی شد. همچنین نتایج تحلیل سلسله مراتبی نشان داد هزینه‌های مالی بیشترین اولویت را در بین ابعاد به خود اختصاص داده است. بعد از آن منابع فیزیکی و فناوری دارای اولویت بوده اند.

Designing an Optimal Resource Allocation Resource in Educational Organizations

The purpose of this study is to design a resource allocation model in educational organizations. In this research, the statistical society was defined in two formats. The research method is a survey and statistically of a type of development. The sampling method was used in the research in the experts section of the census type and in the educationaloriented organizations of the simple cluster type. In this research, to increase the validity of the questionnaire, a questionnaire was prepared, then articles, books and journals were designed and then questioned with a number of professors, and questions were considered. Then, a number of questionnaires were distributed among each section of the statistical society and all ambiguities were identified and resolved and the final questionnaire was distributed. Since the questionnaires are made up of a series of indicators or criteria, their reliability is unnecessary. Delphi analysis method and AHP hierarchical analysis method were used to analyze the data. In Delphi analysis, 23 factors were identified in the form of three dimensions of financial, physical, technological and human resources. Also, the results of the AHP hierarchical analysis showed that financial costs have the highest priority among dimensions. After that, physical and technological resources have been prioritized.
