مدل رهبری اثر بخش دانشگاه جامع علمی-کاربردی

پژوهش پیش رو با هدف ارائه مدلی برای رهبری اثربخش دانشگاه جامع علمی-کاربردی کشور انجام شده است. در این پژوهش از نظرات دانشمندان و محققان ایران و جهان در حوزه رهبری و مدیریت آموزش عالی و بویژه از چارچوب ها و مدل های رهبری اثربخش کالج های اجتماع محور و مراکز آموزش عالی فنی و حرفه ای در جهان بهره گرفته شد. روش مطالعه این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر نحوه اجراء توصیفی-پیمایشی است. همچنین از نظر داده ها در زمره پژوهش های آمیخته، طرح اکتشافی قرار دارد. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه مدیران دانشگاه در سطح ستادی و روسای مراکز آموزشی می باشد. برای پاسخ به سوال های پژوهش، پژوهشگر با بررسی ادبیات پژوهش و مصاحبه نیمه ساختمند انجام شده، 54 شاخص به عنوان گویه های اصلی پرسشنامه تعیین و برای تعیین روائی و پایائی از روائی محتوا و سازه و از آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد و به روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای نسبتی در میان 330 نفر از اعضای جامعه آماری توزیع و جمع آوری شد. نتایج به دست آمده حاصل از آزمون t تک گروهی و تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و با استفاده از تکنیک مدل یابی ساختاری، مدل نهایی رهبری اثربخش دانشگاه متشکل از 2 بُعد (بُعد نقش و مسوولیت و بُعد صلاحیت و شایستگی رهبری اثربخش دانشگاه) و 9 مولفه و 54 شاخص به دست آمد.

Modeling effective Leadership in University of Applied Science and Technology (UAST).

Present Research has been conducted with the aim of providing a model for effective leadership in the country’s University of Applied Science. In this work the opinion of Iranian and world scientists and researchers in leadership and high education area and especially community colleges and vocational high education centers models and frameworks of effective leadership was used. Methodology of this study from the prospective of objective is practical and from the prospective of implementation is descriptivesurvey. From the point of data, it also mingles among the research and located in the exploration project. The study Statistical Society includes all managers of university at headquarters and heads of educational centers. To answer the survey’s questions, researchers conducted a literature review and semistructured interview, 54 Index as the main item questionnaire was determined and content validity and Cronbach’s alpha was used to determine the validity and reliability and by stratified sampling method among 332 members of the community was collected and distributed. The results was obtained from ttest and exploratory factor analysis and by using structural modeling techniques, the final model of effective leadership consists of 2 dimensions (roles and responsibilities dimension and competence of effective academic leadership dimension) and 9 indices and 54 components.
