طراحی و روان سنجی پرسشنامه مدرسه اثربخش با معیارهای فرهنگی جامعه ایرانی

پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی و تعیین ویژگی های روان سنجی پرسشنامه ای متناسب با معیارهای فرهنگی جامعه ایرانی، سند تحول بنیادین و برنامه درسی ملی برای مدارس اثر بخش انجام شده است. این مطالعه یک پژوهش روش شناختی است که جامعه آماری آن شامل استادان گروه علوم تربیتی شمال غرب کشور از چهار استان آذربایجان غربی، آذربایجان شرقی، اردبیل و زنجان است. در مرحله اول این پژوهش با استفاده از مبانی نظری و تحقیقات انجام شده در داخل و خارج کشور ابعاد و مولفه های مدارس اثربخش استخراج شده و در مرحله دوم گویه های پرسشنامه با توجه به مولفه های مستخرج تدوین گردید. در مرحله سوم ویژگی های روان سنجی پرسشنامه با بهره گیری از روایی صوری، روایی محتوا، همسانی درونی و ثبات، مورد بررسی قرارگرفت. بر اساس نتایج حاصل از مرحله اول و دوم ، پرسشنامه اولیه در اختیار اعضا گروه پانل قرار داده شده و روایی صوری و محتوایی به صورت کمی و کیفی بررسی شد  که مقادیر cvr و  cvi ، 0.65 و 0.84 به دست آمد و بعد از اصلاحات این مقادیر به 0.75 و0.91 افزایش یافت. همسانی درونی سوالات (آلفای کرونباخ 0.982) و ثبات آزمون با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی درون طبقه ای به روش آزمونبازآزمون از طریق  پاسخگویی 60 نفر از گروه هدف  به پرسشنامه 0.931 به دست آمد. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که پرسشنامه طراحی شده از روایی وپایایی لازم برخوردار بوده و می تواند ابزار مناسبی برای سنجش اثربخشی مدارس یا تدوین الگو برا ی مدارس اثربخش باشد.

Design and Psychometrics of Effective School Questionnaire with Cultural Standards of Iranian Community

The study aimed to design and determine the questionnaire psychometric properties appropriate to the cultural standards of the Iranian community, the fundamental reform document and the national curriculum for effective schools. This was a methodological research ,That is statistical population included the professors of Department of Educational Sciences of four provinces in Northwest of Iran: West Azarbaijan, East Azarbaijan, Ardebil and Zanjan. In the first stage, the dimensions and components of effective schools were extracted using theoretical foundations and researches done inside and outside the country, and in the second stage, the questionnaire items were developed considering the extracted components. In the third stage, the psychometric properties of the questionnaire were evaluated using face validity, content validity, internal consistency and stability. Based on the results of the first and second stages, the initial questionnaire was provided to panel group members and the face and content validity were evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively. CVR and CVI values were obtained 0.65 and 0.84, respectively. After adjusting, these values increased up to 0.75 and 0.91. The internal consistency of the questions (Cronbach’s alpha 0.982) and the test stability were obtained 0.931 by using the interclass correlation coefficient with the testretest method, through the response of 60 people from the target group to the questionnaire. The results showed that the designed questionnaire had the required validity and reliability and could be an appropriate tool for assessing the effectiveness of schools or developing models for effective schools.
