تدوین الگوی رهبری اخلاقی بر اساس مطالعه نظریه‌های فرانوگرای مدیریت

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تدوین الگوی رهبری اخلاقی بر اساس مطالعه نظریه های فرانوگرای مدیریت در آموزش عالی بود. این پژوهش کیفی و به روش تحلیل مضمون استقرایی شناسایی گردید. ابتدا مضامین رهبری اخلاقی با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون استقرایی و بر اساس حوزه پژوهش که شامل 101مورد مقالات مندرج در پایگاه های داده از سال 2000تا 2017بود، شناسایی گردید. مضامین استخراج شده رهبری اخلاقی در متون مدیریتی با مضامین فراگیردر حوزه های سه گانه چشم انداز اخلاقی، ارزش اخلاقی و آگاهی اخلاقی شناسایی گردید. در حوزه عامل چشم انداز اخلاقی مضامین سازمان دهنده: تحول آفرین اخلاقی، چابک ساز اخلاقی، غربالگر معضلات اخلاقی، بهسازی نیروی انسانی، تصمیم ساز اخلاقی و استدلالگر اخلاقی و در حوزه عامل ارزش اخلاقی مضامین سازمان دهنده: مروج اخلاقی، پایبندی اخلاقی، سرمایه ساز اخلاقی اجتماعی و توانمند ساز عاطفی و در حوزه عامل آگاهی اخلاقی مضامین سازمان دهنده هدایت گر اخلاقی و معرفت بخشی شناسایی گردید. توجه همزمان به این حوزها برای رشد همه جانبه آموزش عالی و مدیران دانشگاه ها نشان از برتری رهبری مبتنی بر اخلاق خواهد بود.

Presenting a Model of Ethical Leadership Based on the Study of Theories of Management.

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to present ethical leadership model based on the study of the superiority theories of management in higher education. This qualitative research was identified by inductive content analysis method. First, the themes of ethical leadership were identified using the method content analysis method and based on the field of research, which included 101 articles in the databases from 2000 to 2017. The extracted themes of ethical leadership were identified by overlapping management texts in three areas of ethical vision, moral value, and ethical awareness. In the domain of the agent of the moral perspective, the organizing themes: ethical transformation, moral agility, screening moral dilemmas, human resource development, ethical decision maker and ethical reasoning and in the domain of the moral value of organizing themes: ethical propaganda, ethical adherence, capitalism Moralsocial and emotional empowerment, and in the domain of ethical awareness, the organizing themes moral and epistemic leadership were identified. Attending these areas simultaneously for the utmost development of higher education and university executives will show the superiority of ethical leadership.
