بررسی رفتار های پیشگیرانه از انتقال بیماری های عفونی طی فرایند های دندانپزشکی بر اساس مدل باور سلامت در دانشجویان دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اراک سال 1403

سابقه و هدف: کنترل و پیشگیری از انتقال بیماری های عفونی طی فرایند های دندانپزشکی از ارکان مهم نظام بهداشتی درمانی است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین رفتارهای پیشگیری از انتقال بیماری های عفونی طی فرایندهای دندانپزشکی بر اساس مدل باور سلامت در دانشجویان دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اراک سال 1403 انجام شده است. مواد و روشها:  مطالعه حاضر به صورت مقطعی و تحلیلی بر روی کلیه دانشجویان دندانپزشکی بعد از مقطع علوم پایه(120 نفر) در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اراک در سال 1403 به صورت سرشماری  انجام شد. جهت جمع آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه مبتنی بر مدل باور سلامت استفاده و داده ها با استفاده از spss16 و آزمون های آماری t مستقل، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و آنوا و رگرسیون تجزیه و تحلیل و سطح معنی داری 0/05 لحاظ شد.   یافته ها: در این مطالعه (2/59%) دانشجویان پسر و مابقی دختر بودند. میانگین نمرات آگاهی (0/04=p)، حساسیت (0/01=p)، شدت (0/04=p)، منافع (0/01=p) و موانع درک شده (0/01=p)، بین دانشجویان پسر و دختر تفاوت معنی داری داشت و در بین دانشجویان دختر بیشتر از پسر مشاهده شد. (0/01 =p) بر اساس مدل رگرسیون بیشترین متغیرهای پیش بینی کننده متغیر ، گذراندن واحد کنترل عفونت، منافع درک شده و خودکارامدی درک شده مجموعا 46% از واریانس رفتارهای پیشگیری کننده از انتقال بیماری های عفونی طی فرایندهای دندانپزشکی در دانشجویان را تبیین کردند. نتیجه گیری: جهت پیشگیری از انتقال بیماری های عفونی در دانشجویان تاکید بر افزایش منافع حاصل از انجام رفتارهای پیشگیری و توانمندسازی دانشجویان در این خصوص از طریق افزایش اطلاعات، نمایش فیلم و همچنین تاکید بر غنی سازی محتوای درس واحد کنترل عفونت دانشجویان می تواند بیشترین نقش را داشته باشد. 

investigating preventive behaviors against transmission of infectious diseases during dental procedures based on the health belief model in dental students of arak university of medical sciences in 2024

background and aim: controlling and preventing the transmission of infectious diseases during dental procedures is a crucial pillar of the healthcare system. the present study aims to determine infection prevention behaviors during dental procedures based on the health belief model (hbm) among dental students at arak university of medical sciences in the year 2024.materials and methods: this cross-sectional and analytical study was conducted on all dental students after the basic sciences phase (120 student) at arak university of medical sciences in 2024, using a census method. in this study, a questionnaire based on the hbm was used to collect data. finally, the data were analyzed using spss16 and statistical tests such as independent t-tests, pearson correlation coefficients, anova, and regression analysis and significant level is 0.05 considered.result: in the study, 59.2% were male, and the rest were female. the average scores of knowledge (p=0.04), susceptibility (p=0.01), severity (p=0.04),benefits (p=0.01), and perceived barriers (p=0.01) showed a significant difference between male and female students (p < 0.05), with higher scores observed among female students. based on the regression model, the most predictive variables—having completed the infection control course, perceived benefits, and perceived self-efficacy—collectively explained 46% of the variance in infection prevention behaviors during dental procedures among students.conclusion: in order to prevent the transmission of infectious diseases among students, emphasizing the increase in the results of benefit  behaviors and empowering students in this regard through increa information, showing films, and also based on the structuring of the internal control unit lesson.
