مقایسه تاثیر دو روش آموزشی بالینی و آموزش از طریق فیلم درمورد سفید کردن داخلی دندان در دانشجویان دندانپزشکی دانشکده دندانپزشکی ساری و نگرش دانشجویان در مورد آنها

سابقه و هدف: یکی از مهمترین جنبه های آموزش دانشجویان دندانپزشکی, آموزش مهارت های عملی می باشد. هدف این مطالعه مقایسه دو روش نمایش فیلم و آموزش بر روی بالین  در آموزش تکنیک صحیح سفید کردن داخلی دندان ها ی اندو شده بود. مواد و روش ها: طی این مطالعه نیمه تجربی و مداخله ای تعداد30 نفر از دانشجویان دندانپزشکی در حال گذراندن واحد اندو نظری 2 بر اساس نمره واحد  اندو نظری 1و معدل کل سالهای قبل بصورت مساوی به دو گروه تقسیم شدند. پس از آموزش تئوری مبحث بلیچینگ داخلی دندان غیرزنده, در دو گروه تحت آموزش عملی بصورت نمایش بر روی بالین بیمار و یا آموزش از طریق نمایش فیلم قرار گرفتند. پس از آموزش, دانشجویان یک پرسشنامه نظرسنجی در مورد کارایی روش آموزشی و یک پرسشنامه نگرش را تکمیل نمودند. همچنین نمره امتحان پایان ترم دانشجویان در قسمت بلیچینگ داخلی برای بررسی تاثیر آموزش ارزیابی شد. داده ها با کمک آزمون t-test و دقیق فیشر و کای- دو در گروه های مختلف ارزیابی و تحلیل و مقایسه شدند. یافته ها: بین میانگین سن شرکت کنندگان  جنس و معدل کل در دو گروه تفاوت معناداری وجود نداشت. (0/05p) همچنین تفاوت معناداری بین شاخصهای کارایی دو روش آموزشی از دیدگاه دانشجویان مشاهده نشد. (0/05>p).نتیجه گیری: به نظر می رسد استفاده از روش آموزش از طریق فیلم در مورد سفید کردن داخلی دندان ها تاثیر آموزشی و نگرش مشابهی با آموزش بالینی دارد و با توجه به تکرار پذیری فیلم به صورت ترکیبی با آموزش بالینی استفاده شود.

comparing the efficacy of clinical demonstration versus video films in teaching of internal tooth bleaching for dentistry students of sari dental school and their attitude about them

abstractbackground and  aims: teaching practical skills is one of the most significant aspects of teaching medical students. the present study aims to compare the two methods of displaying the educational video and demonstration at the patient’s bedside in teaching the correct technique of internal bleaching of endodontic teeth.materials and methods: thirty dental students who were taking theoretical endo2 course were equally divided into two groups according to their score of theoretical endo1 course and the gpa of the previous years. after the theoretical training about internal bleaching of non-vital teeth, they received practical training in the form of demonstration at patient’s bedside or by educational video. after that, students completed a survey questionnaire about the effectiveness of the educational method and an attitude and general satisfaction questionnaire. also student’s theoretical endo2 score for “internal bleaching” section were evaluated. the data were evaluated, analyzed, and compared using a t-test in different groups. p<0.05 was considered significant.results: there was no significant difference between mean ages of the participants in two groups. also there was no significant difference between their score in final exam. (p=0.541) no significant difference was observed between the attitudes of the students of the two groups of clinical educational videos and demonstration at the bedside (p=0.497). also, no significant difference was observed between the two educational methods regarding the effectiveness indicators from the student’s point of view (p>0.05).conclusion: due to the lack of significant difference between the method of training with a demonstration at the patient’s bedside and video, it seems that the method of video can be considered as a method along with conventional method but not as a substitute for them.
