بررسی مقایسه ای تغییرات استخوان آلوئول بعد از کاشت ایمپلنت فوری با و بدون استفاده از مواد پیوند استخوان در شکاف اطراف ایمپلنت (مقاله مروری)

سابقه و هدف: هدف از این مطالعه مروری ، ارزیابی نتایج و اثرات استفاده یا عدم استفاده از مواد پیوند استخوان در gap باکال اطراف ایمپلنت فوری، بر روی ابعاد استخوان آلوئول و موفقیت ایمپلنت و عوارض آن پس از کاشت ایمپلنت فوری، می باشد. مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه با استفاده ازنسخه های الکترونیکی مقالات موجود در pupmed و google scholar از سال 2010 تا 20/4/2022 صورت گرفت . مقالات الکترونیکی استخراج شده شامل 14مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی و یک case report با تعداد بالا و دو systematic review بر اساس کارآزمایی بالینی  بود. همه تحقیقات ، مطالعات بالینی انسانی بودند. مقالاتی که به غیر از زبان انگلیسی و فارسی نوشته شده و مطالعات آزمایشگاهی و حیوانی و موارد استفاده ازغشا کلاژن در هنگام کاشت ایمپلنت فوری از مطالعه حذف شدند. سن بیماران بالای 18 سال ومدت ارزیابی انجام شده ، چهار ماه و بیشتر بود. در نهایت 17 مقاله مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند.نتیجه گیری: تاثیر استفاده یا عدم استفاده از bone graft در شکاف باکال را ، بر روی شکست ایمپلنت ، نمیتوان تایید کرد . به نظر می رسد بر روی کاهش تحلیل افقی و عمودی پلیت باکال اثر قابل توجهی ندارد وبرروی زیبایی بافت نرم اطراف ایمپلنت ومقدار تحلیل مخاط لثه مید باکال و کاهش تحلیل افقی و عمودی پلیت باکال ، اثر متوسطی دارد . با کاربرد پودراستخوان عوارض جزئی جراحی مانند درد کمی افزایش می یابد.

a comparative study of alveolar bone changes after immediate implant placement with and without bone graft material in the buccal gap around the immediate implant: a review article

background and aim: the aim of this review study was to evaluate the results and effects of employing  or not using bone graft materials in the buccal gap around the immediate implant, on the alveolar bone dimensions and the success of the implant and its complications after immediate implant placement.material and methods: this study was conducted using electronic versions of articles in pupmed and google scholar from 2010 to 20/4/2022. the extracted electronic articles include 14 randomized clinical trial studies, a high number case report and two systematic reviews based on clinical trial. all the researches are human clinical studies  . articles written in english and persian, as well as laboratory and animal studies and the use of collagen membranes during immediate implant placement, have been excluded from the study. the age of patients is over 18 years and the duration of evaluation is four months and more. finally, 17 articles were reviewed.conclusion: the effect of using or not using bone graft in buccal gap on implant failure cannot be confirmed. it does not seem to have a significant effect on reducing the horizontal and vertical dimension of the buccal plate and has a moderate effect on the beauty of the soft tissue around the implant and the amount of mid-buccal gingival mucosa dimension and reducing the horizontal and vertical dimension of the buccal plate. with the use of bone powder, minor surgical complications such as pain are slightly increased.
