بررسی آگاهی و نگرش دانشجویان رشته های علوم پزشکی شهید صدوقی یزد از تاثیر محصولات تنباکو و مواد مخدر بر سلامت دهان در سال 1398-1397

سابقه و هدف: با توجه به اینکه مصرف مواد مخدر و دخانیات برای سلامت عمومی و سلامت دهان و دندان مضر است، دانشجویان رشته های علوم پزشکی می توانند نقش اساسی در پیشگیری از این عادت داشته باشند. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی میزان آگاهی و نگرش دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید صدوقی یزد نسبت به اثرات مصرف مواد مخدر و دخانیات بر سلامت دهان و دندان در سال تحصیلی 98-1397  انجام شده است. مواد و روشها:  این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی بر روی 283 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی صدوقی یزد انجام شد. این پرسشنامه محقق ساخته به ترتیب از سه بخش ویژگی های جمعیت شناختی، 10 سوال در مورد آگاهی و 7 سوال مربوط به نگرش تشکیل شده بود. تحلیل داده ها به وسیله آزمونهای آماریanova یک طرفه، آزمون t-test با استفاده از نرم افزارspss  نسخه 23 انجام گردید. (0/05 >p) به عنوان سطح معنی دار آماری در نظر گرفته شد. یافته ها: میانگین نمره آگاهی و نگرش دانشجویان به ترتیب 1/07 ± 7/10 و 4/08 ± 23/33 بود. نمره آگاهی بر اساس سن( 0/01=p ) تفاوت معنی داری داشت . آگاهی دانشجویان دندانپزشکی به طور معنی داری بیشتر از سایر دانشجویان بود.(0/001=p) نتیجه گیری:  نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که دانشجویان علوم پزشکی به طور کلی آگاهی قابل قبول و نگرش خوبی در مورد عوارض دهانی دندانی محصولات تنباکو و مواد مخدر دارند.  

evaluating the awareness and attitude of medical affiliated students of shahid sadoughi university of medical science toward effects of drugs and tobacco products on oral health in 2019-2020

background and  aims : in respect to this fact that drug and tobacco products use is detrimental to general health and oral health, medical affiliated students could have the vital role of in prevention of this habit. this survey, aims to assess the awareness and attitude of students of shahid sadoughi university of medical sciences toward effects of drug and tobacco products on oral health in academic year 2019-2020.materials and methods: this cross-sectional study was performed on 283 students of university of medical sciences using a self-administered questionnaire. the questionnaire composed of three parts: sociodemographic characteristics, 10 questions about awareness and 7 questions related to attitude, respectively. data were analyzed using spss23 software and descriptive statistics and t-test and one-way anova. the significance level was set as p < 0.05.results: the mean score of awareness and attitude of students were 7.10 ± 1.07 and 23.33 ± 4.08, respectively. score of awareness had a meaningful difference on the basis of age (p=0.01). the awareness of dental students was significantly higher rather than other students. (p=0.001).conclusion: the students’ knowledge toward effects of drugs and tobacco products on oral health was in desirable level and their attitude was good.
