بررسی میزان آگاهی دانشجویان سال آخر رشته دندانپزشکی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی تهران در مورد اصول اخلاق حرفه ای در سال 1399

سابقه و هدف: دوره دانشجویی بهترین زمان برای یادگیری اصول اخلاق حرفه ای و مهارت به کار بستن آن است که نتیجه آن برقراری ارتباط صحیح با بیماران می باشد. درخصوص میزان آگاهی دانشجویان دندانپزشکی از اصول اخلاقی مطالعات اندکی صورت گرفته است. این پژوهش به منظور بررسی میزان آگاهی دانشجویان سال آخر رشته دندانپزشکی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی تهران در مورد اصول اخلاق حرفه ای در سال 1399 انجام شد.مواد و روشها: این مطالعه مقطعی از نوع توصیفی بوده که به روش سرشماری بر روی 150 نفر از دانشجویان ترم 11 و 12 دندانپزشکی با استفاده از پرسشنامه روا و پایا شده و با توجه به اصول اخلاقی ada انجام شد. در نهایت داده های حاصل از پرسشنامه شامل سن، جنس، معدل کل، تعداد واحد گذرانده، و ترم تحصیلی وارد نرم افزار spss 24 شده و با استفاده از آزمون های mann u whitney و multiple regression analysis مورد تحلیل آماری قرار گرفت. یافته ها: در این مطالعه 150 دانشجو (61 مرد و 89 زن) شرکت داشتند. 71 دانشجو (47/4%) در ترم 11 و 79 دانشجو در ترم 12 (52/7%) تحصیلی بودند. میانگین سنی دانشجویان 24/68 سال و میانگین معدل کل دانشجویان 16/28 بود. پس از تکمیل پرسشنامه ها، میانگین نمره آگاهی از اصول اخلاقی ada برابر 9/95 (%55/8) بدست آمد. میانگین نمره آگاهی از اصول اخلاقی در زنان کمی بیشتر از مردان بود که از لحاظ آماری معنی دار نبود. هیچ ارتباط معنی داری بین نمره اصول اخلاقی و هیچکدام از متغیرهای سن، جنسیت، تعداد واحد های گذرانده، معدل کل و ترم تحصیلی وجود نداشت. نتیجه گیری: میزان آگاهی دانشجویان دندانپزشکی نسبت به اصول اخلاق حرفه ای، در حد متوسط می باشد و این آگاهی ارتباطی با وضعیت تحصیلی و خصوصیات دموگرافیک آنها ندارد.

Knowledge of Last Year Students of Dentistry at Islamic Azad University, Tehran Medical Sciences, Towards Principles of Ethics in 2020

Background and  Aims : Student course is the best time to learn the principles and methods of applying professional ethics, which results in establishing proper communication with patients. However, few studies have been conducted on the level of knowledge of dental students about ethical principles. This study was conducted to investigate the knowledge of last year dental students of the Islamic Azad University of Tehran about the principles of professional ethics in 1399.Materials and Methods: This descriptiveanalytical crosssectional study was performed by census method on 150 students of 11th and 12th semesters of dentistry using a valid and reliable questionnaire and according to the ethical principles of ADA. Finally, the data including age, gender, semester, average grade point, and average score of professional ethics were imported into SPSS 24 software and were analyzed using MannU Whitney and multiple regression test. A significance level of 0.05 was considered for all analyzes.Results: 150 students (61 men and 89 women) participated in this study. 71 students (47.4%) were in the 11th semester and 79 students were in the 12th semester (52.7%). The average age of students was 24.68 years and the average grade point of all students was 16.28. After completing the questionnaires, the average score of knowledge of professional ethics was 9.95 (55.2%). The mean score of knowledge of professional ethics in women was slightly higher than men, which was not statistically significant. There was no significant relationship between the ethics score and none of the variables of age, gender, number of credits passed, total grade point average and semester. Conclusion: The level of knowledge among dental students towards the principles of professional ethics is moderate and this knowledge is not related to demographic characteristics and educational status of the students.
