ارزیابی کیفیت آموزش الکترونیک در دانشجویان دانشکده دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی آزاد اسلامی تهران در سال 1399

سابقه و هدف: آموزش الکترونیکی در بسیاری از کشورها از جمله ایران به عنوان یک نظام آموزشی نوین شناخته شده است و به منظور بهبود، توسعه و تضمین کیفیت چنین نظامی به ارزشیابی مداوم نیاز می باشد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین کیفیت آموزش الکترونیک در دانشجویان دانشکده دندانپزشکی آزاد تهران در سال 1399 انجام گرفت.مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی بر روی دانشجویان دندانپزشکی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی در سال تحصیلی 1400-1399 انجام گرفت. ابزار گرد اوری داده ها، پرسشنامه ای براساس مطالعات پیشین بود. این پرسشنامه حاوی دو بخش اطلاعات دموگرافیک دانشجویان مقطع تحصیلی (علوم پایه و بالینی)، سن، جنسیت، میزان مهارت کامپیوتر، و بخش ارزیابی کیفیت دوره های مجازی (حاوی 33 سئوال) بود. این پرسشنامه 33 سئوالی شامل 6 حیطه: تعامل (5 سئوال:)، محتوا (6 سئوال)، یادگیری فردی (5سئوال) اطلاع رسانی و حضورغیاب (3سوال)، فناوری(7سوال) و ارزشیابی (7 سئوال) بود. نحوه نمره دهی به سئوالات براساس طیف لیکرت شش درجه ای از (1) نامطلوب تا مطلوبیت بالا (6) است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم افزار spss ورژن 26 و مدل رگرسیون چند گانه خطی استفاده شد. مقادیر کمتر از 0/05 به عنوان سطح معنی‌دار در نظر گرفته شد.یافته ها: از 272 دانشجو، 56/6 % زن و 34/4% مرد بودند. 80/1 % زیر 25 سال سن داشتند. 65/1 % در مقطع بالینی و 34/9 % در مقطع علوم پایه مشغول به تحصیل بودند. کیفیت آموزش الکترونیک در حیطه های محتوا، یادگیری فردی، تعامل و اطلاع رسانی و حضورغیاب دوره در سطح مطلوب و در حیطه های ارزشیابی دوره و فناوری در سطح نسبتا مطلوب قرار داشت. بطور کلی، متغیرهای علوم پایه و بالینی (0/35=p)، میزان اشنایی با کامپیوتر (0/83=p)، جنسیت(0/71=p)، ترم تحصیلی(0/23=p)، معدل (0/29=p)و سن (0/15=p) بر نمره ی کل تاثیرگذار نبودند.ﻧﺘﻴﺠﻪ ﮔﻴﺮی: کیفیت دوره یادگیری الکترونیکی دانشجویان دانشکده دندانپزشکی آزاد تهران در سال تحصیلی 1400-1399 براساس میانگین شش حیطه مورد ارزیابی در سطح مطلوب قرار داشت.

Evaluating the Quality of E-Learning in Students of Dentistry faculty, Terhan Medical Sciences, Islamic Azad University in 2020

AbstractBackground and Aim: Elearning is recognized as a new educational system in many countries, including Iran, and continuous evaluation is needed to improve, develop and guarantee the quality of such a system.This study was aimed to evaluate the quality of elearning in students of Tehran Azad School of Dentistry in 2020.Materials and methods: This crosssectional descriptive study was performed on all dental students of Islamic Azad University in 2020. The data collection tool was a questionnaire based on previous studies. This questionnaire contained two sections of studentschr('39') demographic information (educational level (basic and clinical sciences), age, gender, computer skills, grade point average, etc.) and the quality assessment section of elearning courses (containing 33 questions). The 33item questionnaire included 6 domins: interaction (5 questions :), content (6 questions), individual learning (5 questions), information and attendance (3 questions), technology (7 questions) and evaluation (7 questions). The questions were scored on a sixpoint Likert scale from (1) undesirable to high (6). SPSS software version 26 and linear multiple regression model were used to analyze the data. Values less than 0.05 were considered as significant levels.Results: Of 272 students, 56.6% were female and 34.4% were male. 80.1% were under 25 years old. 65.1% were studying in clinical level and 34.9% were studying in basic sciences. The quality of elearning in the domins of content, individual learning, interaction and information and attendance of the course was at a optimum level and in the domins of course evaluation and technology was relatively good. In general, the variables of basic and clinical sciences (p = 0.35), computer familiarity (p = 0.83), gender (p = 0.71), semester (p = 0.23), grade point average(P =0.29) and age (p = 0.15) did not affect the total score.Conclusion: The quality of elearning courses for students of Terhan Medical Sciences, Islamic Azad University is evaluated at the desired level based on the average of six domains..
