گرافن اکساید در دندانپزشکی

سابقه و هدف : دراین مطالعه به صورت اجمالی ولی دقیق به بررسی نقش گرافن اکسید در دندانپزشکی و بر هم کنش با تمامی بافت های نرم و سخت، بررسی مطالعات انجام یافته به صورت in vitro یا in vivo و نیز رویکردهای جدید در حوزه مهندسی بافت پرداخته شده است.مواد وروش ها: مقالات موردبررسی با استفاده ازپایگاه های اطلاعاتی medline، google scholar، scopus، science citation index و نیز magiran embase در فاصله زمانی سال های 2015تا 2020 با کلمات کلیدی graphene oxide، antibacterial material ، tissue engineering و dentistry که شامل 28 مقاله کامل و 6 چکیده مقاله بود گردآوری گردید. یافته ها: افزودن گرافن اکسید در مواد پرکننده دندانی یا غشاهای بازسازی کننده بافت استخوان در بسیاری از موارد نتایج قابل قبولی ارائه نموده است. در بحث خواص مکانیکی، افزودن گرافن اکسید موجب افزایش استحکام مکانیکی شده و نیز پایداری فیزیکی ساختار را بهبود می بخشد. گرافن و مواد بر پایه ی گرافن ، اثرات سمی بر روی سلول های بافت های سخت و نرم نشان داده اند که برای کاربردهای کلینیکی، لازم است غلظت بهینه این اکسید مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.نتیجه گیری: افزودن گرافن به مواد دندانپزشکی، باعث افزایش مقاومت آنها در برابر خوردگی و همچنین بهبود خواص مکانیکی آنها می شود، اما اطلاعات ضد و نقیضی در مورد سمیت سلولی گرافن وجود دارد

Graphene Oxide in Dentistry: A Review

Abstract BACKGROUNackground and AimD AIM: In this study, a brief but accurate evaluation of the role of graphene oxide in dentistry and interaction with all soft and hard tissues, the study of studies conducted in vitro or in vivo and new approaches in the field of tissue engineering has been investigatedMaterial Methods: Reviewed articles using Medline, Google scholar, Scopus, Science Citation Index and Magiran Embase databases and the keywords of graphene oxide, antibacterial material, tissue engineering and dentistry from 2015 to 2020 which includes 28 complete articles and 6 abstracts were gathered. Results: The addition of graphene oxide to dental fillers or bone tissue regenerating membranes has provided acceptable results in many cases. In discussing mechanical properties, the addition of graphene oxide increases the mechanical strength and also improves the physical stability of the structure. Graphene and graphene based materials have shown toxic effects on hard and soft tissue cells, which are necessary for clinical applications, the optimal concentration of this oxide.Conclusion: Adding graphene to dental materials was developed to increase their resistance to corrosion and improve their mechanical properties, but there was conflicting information about the cytotoxicity of graphene.
