مقایسه هیستومورفومتریک دو نوع پودر استخوان dfdba و fdba ایرانی در درمان ضایعات استخوانی ایجاد شده در کالواریای خرگوش

خلاصه: سابقه و هدف: آلوگرافتها گروهی از مواد پیوندی با دو فرم اصلی dfdba و fdba هستند که کاربردهای فراوانی در بازسازی ضایعات استخوانی دارند لذا با توجه قیمت بالای انواع خارجی پودرهای استخوانی، هدف از این مطالعه مقایسه دو نوع پودر استخوان fdba و dfdba شرکت فراورده های پیوندی ایران در بازسازی ضایعات استخوانی در استخوان کالواریای خرگوش بالغ بود.مواد و روش ها: این تحقیق به روش کارآزمایی بالینی روی 20خرگوش سفید نیوزلندی انجام شد.4 نقیصه مشابه به قطر 8 میلی متر در استخوان کالواریم همه خرگوشها ایجاد شد. سپس در 2ضایعه ایجاد شده پودر استخوان dfdba و fdba قرار گرفت و 2 ضایعه دیگر گروه کنترل منفی و مثبت بودند. در طی2468 هفته در هر نوبت 5خرگوش sacrifice شدند و مورد ارزیابی هیستولوژیک و هیستومورفومتریک قرار گرفتند. برای تجزیه تحلیل آماری از نرم افزار spss ver:20 و از آزمون های آماری فریدمن ، کروسکال-والیس و ویلکاکسون استفاده شد.یافته ها: دو گروه dfdba و fdba از نظر میزان التهاب، میزان جذب پودر استخوان تفاوت معناداری در طول دوره پیگیری نداشتند.اما در میزان پر شدن نقیصه، گروه dfdba از گروه fdba بهمل کرده و استخوان سازی بیشتری را شاهد بودیم. (0/05>p) در هر دو گروه پودر استخوان در پایان هفته 4 به صورت کامل جذب شد. میزان التهاب در گروه fdbaو گروه dfdba کاهش نشان نداد.واکنش جسم خارجی و بازیابی کامل استخوان در دو گروه در طی دوره مطالعه مشاهده نشد .نتیجه گیری: هر دو ماده fdba و dfdba از نظر میزان التهاب،جذب و واکنش جسم خارجی مشابه بودند ولی از نظر میزان استخوان سازی dfdba ارجحیت دارد.

Histomorphometric Comparison of 2 types of FDBA and DFDBA bone powders manufactured by Faravardehaye Peyvandi Iran Company in treatment of defects in rabbit calvaria bone

AbstractBackground and Aim: Allografts are a group of grafting materials in two types of DFDBAs and FDBAs with various applications in restoration of osseous defects. Considering high price of foreign brands of these materials, we decided to launch a study and compare 2 types of FDBA and DFDBA osseous powders manufactured by Faravardehaye Peyvandi Iran Company and their application in restoration of calvaria bone damages in rabbits.Materials and Methods: The research performed on randomized clinical trial on 12 white rabbits.We made 4 full thickness 8 millimeter defects in calvaria bones of each rabbit. Then, in two groups, DFDBA and FDBA were used and other two groups were the positive and negative control group. Within the 2 consecutive months (2,4,6, and 8 weeks) every session, 5 rabbits were sacrificed and removed the calvaria bone for histologic and histomorphometric study. Data were analyzed using Friedman and KruskalWallis and Wilcoxon tests. We utilized SPSS ver:20 software.Results: There were no statistically significant differences between FDBA and DFDBA groups regarding the inflammation and amount of resorption .In the filling status of the defect, DFDBA group was significantly better than FDBA group. (p<0.05) At the end of 4 weeks in both groups, bone powder was completely absorbed. Foreign body reaction and complete remodeling of bone was not observed in both groups during the study period.Conclusion: Both FDBA and DFDBA groups were similar regarding the inflammation and amount of resorption. In the filling status of the defect, DFDBA group was preferred vs. FDBA group.
