مقایسه هیستومورفومتریک دو نوع پودر استخوان dfdba و fdba شرکت همانندسازبافت کیش در درمان ضایعات ایجاد شده در استخوان کالواریای خرگوش

خلاصه: سابقه و هدف: آلوگرفتها گروهی از مواد پیوندی هستند که کاربردهای فراوانی در بازسازی ضایعات استخوانی دارند، دو فرم اصلی آنها، شاملdemineralized freezedried bone allograft (dfdba) ها freeze dried bone allograft(fdba) ها میباشد،که مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته ونتایج متفاوتی در زمینه خصوصیات مواد پیوندی فوق گزارش شده است. لذا بر آن شدیم تا مطالعه ای با هدف مقایسه بین دو نوع پودر استخوان fdba و dfdba شرکت همانندساز بافت کیش در بازسازی ضایعات استخوانی در استخوان کالواریای خرگوش بالغ انجام دهیم. مواد و روش ها: این تحقیق به صورت randomized clinical trial روی12 خرگوش سفید نیوزلندی انجام شد.4 نقیصه مشابه به قطر 8 میلی متر در استخوان کالواریم همه خرگوشها ایجاد شد. سپس به ترتیب در 2ضایعه ایجاد شده پودر استخوان dfdba و fdba قرار گرفت و 2 ضایعه دیگر گروه کنترل منفی و مثبت بودند. در طی2 ماه متوالی (2468 هفته) در هر نوبت 3خرگوش sacrifice شدند و مورد ارزیابی هیستولوژیک و هیستومورفومتریک قرار گرفتند. برای تجزیه تحلیل آماری از نرم افزار spss ver:20 و از روش های friedman و mannwhitney استفاده شد. یافته ها: دو گروه dfdba و fdba از نظر وضعیت پر شدن محل نقیصه، میزان التهاب،میزان جذب پودر استخوان تفاوت معناداری در طول دوره پیگیری نداشتند..میزان التهاب نیز در هر دو گروه از هفته 6 کاهش یافت.واکنش جسم خارجی و بازیابی کامل استخوان در دو گروه در طی دوره مطالعه مشاهده نشد نتیجه گیری: هر دو ماده fdba و dfdba از نظر میزان استخوان سازی،التهاب،جذب و واکنش جسم خارجی مشابه اند.

Histomorphometric Comparison of 2 types of FDBA and DFDBA bone powders manufactured by Hamanand Saz Baft Kish Company in treatment of defects in rabbit calvaria bone

Abstract:Background and aim: Allografts are a group of binding materials with various applications in restoration of osseous tissues. These materials are in two types: DFDBAs and FDBAs which have been evaluated and different reports are available regarding their properties. So we decided to launch a study and compare 2 types of FDBA and DFDBA osseous powders manufactured by Hamanand Saz Baft Kish Company and their application in restoration of calvaria bone damages in rabbits.Methods and Materials: The research performed on randomized clinical trial on 12 white rabbits. It was made 4 full 8 millimeter defects in calvaria bones in all rabbits. Then in group 1 we used DFDBA and in second group we used FDBA and the other groups were the positive and negative control groups. Within the 2 consecutive months (2,4,6,and 8 weeks) we sacrificed 3 rabbits for histologic and Histomorphometric analysis. Data were analyzed using Friedman and MannWhitney. We utilized SPSS ver:20 software.Results: There were no statistically significant differences between groups FDBA and DFDBA in the filling status of the defect, inflammation and amount of resorption. At the end of 6 weeks in both groups, Inflammation also decreased in both groups from week 6. Foreign body reaction and complete remodeling of bone was not observed in both groups during the study period.Conclusions: Both of FDBA and DFDBA groups are the same in the rate of bone formation, inflammation and foreign body reaction and absorption.
