عوامل اثرگذار بر افزایش جمعیت کلان شهرها از دیدگاه متخصصان: مورد مطالعه، شهر تهران

هدف این مقاله کشف عوامل تاثیر‌گذار بر افزایش جمعیت در کلان‌شهرها و در نهایت ارائه مدلی برای رشد جمعیت مبتنی با نظر خبرگان است. با توجه به اینکه عوامل متعدد مترتب بر زندگی در کلان‌شهرها، که مهاجرت، باروری و مرگ و میر را متاثر می‌سازد، از حوزه‌های مختلفی از جمله اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی سرچشمه می‌گیرد؛ ابتدا با مروری بر مفاهیم نظری، عوامل رشد جمعیت کلان‌شهرها شناسایی و به‌صورت عوامل اقتصادی، فرهنگی و اجتماعی، جغرافیایی و زیرساختی و امکانات شهری دسته‌بندی و تحلیل شده‌اند و مدل مفهومی اولیه استخراج شده است. سپس زیرمعیارهای تاثیرگذار بر هر یک از عوامل فوق به‌صورت مستقل با یکدیگر مقایسه و اولویت‌بندی شده‌اند. پس از آن با استفاده از توزیع پرسشنامه محقق‏ساخته در میان 30 نفر از خبرگان جمعیت‌شناسی، جامعه‌شناسی و اقتصادی با استفاده از روش تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی نشان داده شده که مجموعه عوامل اقتصادی بیشترین تاثیر را بر رشد جمعیت شهر داشته است و مجموعه عوامل فرهنگی و اجتماعی، زیرساختی و امکانات شهری و جغرافیایی در جایگاه‌های بعدی هستند. همچنین در اولویت‌بندی نهایی، زیرمعیارهای اشتغال، درآمد، سبک زندگی و ارزش‌های فردی دارای بیشترین وزن در بین یازده زیرمعیار شدند. در انتها مدل نهایی رشد جمعیت در کلان‌شهرها ارائه شده است.

The Influencing Factors on Population Growth in Metropolises from the Viewpoints of Experts: Case Study of Tehran

The present paper aims to find the factors influencing population growth in metropolises and thus provide a model for population growth in large cities based on expert opinions. Considering the fact that the multiple factors associated with life in the metropolis, affecting immigration, fertility and mortality, are from different fields, including economic, social, and cultural domains, this article is of an interdisciplinary nature. In the present article while the theoretical concepts are reviewed, the important factors affecting population growth are identified, and then grouped and studied as economic, cultural and social, geographical, infrastructural and urban facilities factors following that a basic conceptual model is extracted. In this paper, a researchermade questionnaire is distributed among thirty experts on demography, sociology, and economics. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) applied in this study showed that the “economic factors” have the greatest impact on the population growth in the metropolis of Tehran and sociocultural, infrastructural and geographical factors and urban facilities have lesser impacts. Also, in the final prioritizing, of the eleven subfactors, the subfactors of occupation, income, lifestyle, individual values and the cost of living, which had the greatest weight, were analyzed. At the end, the final model of population growth in metropolises is provided.
