بزنگاه کرونا: وستفالیای نوین بین‌المللی

کرونا، همچون برخی واژگانِ یونانی، دوسرمعنا است؛ هم تاج و هم هاله. اکنون دنیا‌گیر است و تاجِ جهان شده و همه‌چیز را در هالۀ خود فروبرده است. بیماریِ کووید‌‌19، جهان را بر آستانه‌ نهاده است؛ تا جایی‌که، از دنیای پیشاکرونا/پساکرونا، به‌مثابه دو دنیای بسیارناهمانند سخن گفته می‌شود. کرونا، موقعیتِ درمرزافتادۀ جهانِ کنونی را آشکار ساخته است؛ بدون آن‌که، پیشاپیش بر سر آن اجماعی صورت گرفته باشد. کرونا، بزنگاه شده است؛ به‌معنای درهم‌فرورفتنِ دلهره‌آور زمان و مکانِ پر از رهزنان، بدون آن‌که برنامه‌ای ازپیش، برای رویارویی با آنان چیده شده باشد. نشانه‌های جهانِ درحالِ‌تغییر، مدّت زمانی پیش، که از دهکدۀ جهانی سخن به‌میان آمد، آشکار شده بود؛ اما، بر سرِ درون‌مایه‌ها و شیوه‌ها‌ی زیستِ جمعی در دنیای جهان‌گیر/جهانی‌شده، پیمانی بسته نشده بود. نگارنده، با پذیرشِ پیش‌انگارۀ (بنیان‌گرفتنِ زندگی جمعی انسان‌ها برپایۀ دیالکتیکِ تز/آنتی‌تز/سنتز) و با درنظرگرفتنِ رویکردِ تاریخ سیاسی و با بهره‌گیری از روش تبیین تاریخ‌پایه کوشش کرده است‌ تا این انگاره را مستدل سازد که کرونا، چرخش‌گاهی است که نیازمندی جامعۀ بشری را به یک قرارداد نوین اجتماعی، بایسته و هویدا نموده است. اگر در سال1648، مونسترِ ایالتِ وستفالیا، پایانِ نبرد بود و آغازِ توافق جمعی کشورها؛ اکنون، ووهانِ2019، آغازِ نبرد را نمایان کرده است تا بشرِ جهانی‌شده، در راهروِ توافقی دوباره برای قراردادی نوین، گام بردارد.

corona’s crucial moment: new international westphalia

corona, like some greek words, has two meanings; both the crown and the aura. it is now worldly/pandemic and has become the crown of the world and has swallowed everything in its aura. disease of covid19 has put the world on the brink; as far as the precorona and postcorona world is spoken of as two very different worlds. corona reveals the boundary position of the present world; without having already reached a consensus on it. the corona is crucial moment; it means the terrifying collapse of time and space full of bandits, without a prearranged plan to confront them. the signs of a changing world had long since become apparent when the global village was spoken of; but there was no agreement on the themes and ways of collective life in the globalized world. the author, by accepting the presupposition (the foundation of human collective life based on the dialectic of thesis, antithesis and synthesis) and by considering the approach of political history and using the method of historybond explanation, has tried to justify the idea that the corona as a turning point cause the human society needs to a new social contract. if in 1648, münster of westphalia, was the end of the war and the beginning of a collective agreement; wuhan of 2019 marks the beginning of the battle for globalized humanity to step into the path of a new agreement for a new treaty.
