چکیده
|
توافق های چند جانبه در بین کشورهای دنیا در ارتباط با مسائل چالش برانگیز معمولا راه گشای نقش آفرینی طرفین در تحولات پس از چنین توافقاتی است. برنامه جامع اقدام مشترک، حکم چنین ابزاری را برای ایران داشت تا در دوره ای که سعی می شد ایران با طرح تلاش برای ساخت تسلیحات هسته ای به انزوا برده شود، با این توافق به بازیگری موثر در چانه زنی بین المللی تبدیل شد. برجام حاصل بیش از یک دهه تنش و مذاکرات بی نتیجه با طرف های غربی بود. ایران در فضای پسا برجام به طور رسمی وارد باشگاه اقتصاد و سیاست جهانی و منطقه ای شد. این مقاله درصدد پاسخ به این سوال است که تعامل ایران با جامعه جهانی در فضای پس از برجام چه ﺗﺄثیری بر نقش آفرینی این کشور در غرب آسیا و جهان گذاشته است؟ این مقاله این فرضیه را بررسی می کند که ایران در فضای پس از برجام از جایگاه کنترل شده قبلی خارج و به صورت یک بازیگر فعال در مدیریت بحران های منطقه ای ایفای نقش نموده و این امر باعث تغییر موازنه قدرت در منطقه به ضرر عربستان و ترکیه گردیده است.

Abstract
|
Multilateral agreements among countries of the world relating to challenging issues it usually leads to the role of the parties in the developments after such agreements. A comprehensive joint action plan had for Iran such a tool decree as long as Iran will be Isolated with effort plan to build nuclear weapons, with this agreement, it became an effective player in international bargaining. The Barjam was more than a decade of tension and ineffective negotiations with the Western side. In the atmosphere of post Barjam, Iran officially entered the economic club and regional and world politics. This article seeks to answer this question that Iran's engagement with the international community in the post Barjam what has influenced the role of the country in West Asia and the world? This paper examines the hypothesis that Iran is in the aftermath of the Barjam exit from a previously controlled position and play as an active actor in regional crisis management and this has led to a shift in the balance of power in the region to the detriment of Saudi Arabia and Turkey.
