مواضع اتحادیه اروپا در مورد کشورهای حوزه بالکان با محوریت بوسنی

از نظر کشورهای اروپایی، منطقه بالکان نه یک بخش از اروپا بلکه حوزه‌ای اروپایی آسیایی است که حائل بین دو قاره قرار گرفته است و با توجه به ویژگی‌های طبیعی و ژئوپلیتیکی که دارد در سال‌های اخیر مورد توجه کشورهای اروپایی قرار گرفته است؛ به‌گونه‌ای که برخی از کشورهای این منطقه، توانسته‌اند به عضویت اتحادیه اروپا درآیند و برخی دیگر نیز برای پیوستن به این اتحادیه تلاش می‌کنند. این مقاله به‌دنبال پاسخگویی به این سوال است که اتحادیه اروپا چه دیدگاهی نسبت به حوزه بالکان به‌ویژه بوسنی و هرزگوین دارد و آیا بوسنی با وجود اختلافات قومی داخلی شانسی برای عضویت در اتحادیه اروپا دارد؟ فرضیه قابل طرح این است که با وجود اختلافات قومی در بوسنی و هرزگوین، اتحادیه اروپا نسبت به جنگ و درگیری دوباره در حوزه پیرامونی خود به‌ویژه در بوسنی تمایلی ندارد و این موضوع زمینه‌ساز تمایل اروپا برای پیوستن کشورهای حوزه بالکان به اتحادیه اروپا شده است.

European Union Stances in the Balkans with a Focus on Bosnia

Abstract According to European countries, the Balkans is not a part of Europe but also EuroAsian area is a barrier placed between two continents and with regard to natural and geopolitical characteristics which in recent years has been of interest to European countries; so that some countries in the region have been able to become a member of the Europe Union and others are trying to join the Union. The issue that comes to mind is, what factors led to Europe in the past years in the Balkans towards the EU with the course will focus on this article Bosnia and Herzegovina. This paper attempts to answer this question that what are the viewpoints of European Union to the Balkans, especially Bosnia and Herzegovina and whether Bosnia has a chance to join the European Union despite the internal ethnic divisions in this country. This raised the hypothesis that despite the ethnic divisions in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Europe Union is reluctant to the conflict surrounding this field, especially in Bosnia and this underlying desire to join Europe Union countries in the Balkans to Europe.
