بررسی واکنش ایران به چالش‌ها و تحریم‌های بین‌المللی از منظر سازه‌انگارانه

هدف اصلی این مقاله، بررسی مسئله تحریم ایران از سوی غرب و کنش سلبی ایران به این تحریم‌ها است. مسئله‌ای که از سال 2002 به این‌سو به چالشی اساسی میان ایران و غرب تبدیل شده بود. استدلال این نوشتار آن است که غربی‌ها با تحریم‌های گوناگون در مجاب‌سازی ایران در راستای اهداف راهبردی خود تلاش کرده‌اند. درعین‌حال، ایران نه‌تنها در برابر این تحریم‌ها از خود کنش ایجابی نشان نداده؛ بلکه به راهبرد کنش سلبی روی آورده است. درواقع، کشور­های غربی و به‌ویژه آمریکا و اروپا در برخورد با ایران همواره بر ارزش‌های غربی همچون پیشینه‌سازی امنیت اسرائیل، مهار ایران و نادیده‌گرفتن حقوق هسته‌ای ایران تاکید داشته‌اند. در مقابل، ایران هم به‌کارگیری و تشدید این تحریم‌ها را عامل بی‌ثباتی سیاسی و تشدید کاهش ضریب امنیت ملی خود دانسته است؛ لذا نویسندگان در این پژوهش تلاش کرده‌اند تا این موضوع را در ورای نظریه سازه‌انگاری بررسی کنند.

Iran's Response to Challenges and International Sanctions from the Perspective of Constructionist

The main objective of this paper is to examine the issue of sanctions on Iran by the West and Iran#039;s negative action to these sanctions. Since 2002 onwards, the problem between Iran and the West that has become a major challenge. The argument of this article is that Westerns are trying to convince Iran with their various sanctions in line with its strategic objectives. But, Iran has not shown positive action against the Sanctions, so Iran has turned into a negative action. In fact, Western countries, especially America and Europe in dealing with Iran has focused on Western values, such as Considering Israel#039;s security, containing Iran and ignoring Iran#039;s nuclear rights. Against, Iran says these acts and increased sanctions are a step in direction of political instability and reduce their national security coefficient. So the authors tried to reviews this topic from the perspective of Constructivism.
