سیاست خارجی روسیه و آمریکا نسبت به بحران سوریه

با گذشت زمان، بحران سوریه به یکی از پیچیده‌ترین چالش‌های سیاسی و امنیتی در منطقه تبدیل شده است. از سوی دیگر تحولات سیاسی سوریه عرصه‌ای برای رقابت قدرت‌های منطقه‌ای و فرامنطقه‌ای فراهم کرده است. هر یک از این قدرت‌ها رویکردهای متفاوتی در قبال سوریه به‌کارگرفته‌اند که رویکرد آمریکا و روسیه به‌عنوان دو ابرقدرت جهانی اهمیت فراوانی دارد. از نگاه بیشتر تحلیل‌گران، سیاست خارجی آمریکا در برابر جنگ داخلی سوریه بسیار ابهام‌آمیز بوده است. ریشه این سردرگمی به استراتژی مبهم و نامشخص سیاست خارجی آمریکا در رابطه با رویارویی با بیداری اسلامی مربوط می‌شود که سردرگمی در سیاست خارجی را در سطوح منطقه‌ای و بین‌المللی به‌وجود آورده است. روسیه نیز در تحولات سوریه از حکومت اسد حمایت کرده و تقریباً با یک خط سیر کم‌نوسان موضع خود را دنبال کرده است. موضع روسیه در قبال تحولات سیاسی کشورهای عربی منطقه با نوعی شک و تردید آمیخته بوده و جابه‌جایی حکومت‌ها در منطقه را در شرایط کنونی چندان به نفع سیاست خاورمیانه‌ای خود ندیده و آن را برهم زننده ثبات منطقه می‌داند.
